Good price and location, nice and clean room with anything you may need

We couldn’t sleep because of our neighbors who were speaking since 4 AM, and since walls and extremely thin and hotel has problem with a soundproofing — we heard everything

The location is quite central

I had no heating the first night, cleanness was debatable.

The bathroom lights were not working. The mattress didn't feel comfortable.. the pillows were really thin.

The room was clean and a good size and the view out onto the square was lovely

Several things required repairs but nothing that impacted me too much. No staff present at check-in (and when I did find someone they seemed surprised to see me!)

The staff was very kind, accommodating, and flexible.

The room did not meet the expected standards. Initially, I was given an unprepared room, which was changed to a larger one. However, there was an omnipresent smell from the steakhouse located in the basement. While the bathroom was cleaned, the leftover soap left the floor sticky, raising doubts about the overall cleanliness. Despite the kindness of the staff, this was a significant drawback for me.

Must have been a great hotel in its time but really needs renovation. Our beds never got made or room cleaned even though we put out the “make up my room” sign the second day!No fridge/minibar

This was my second stay at this hotel. It has everything you want and more. Excellent value for money. Also, thank you to Ennis for providing a delicious breakfast!

Very city centre. 10 min walk to railway station. Fantastic stake restaurant on the ground floor.

It was a little bit cold in the room ) But not a big issue

The location is good.

The contact with the staff was not easy. The rooms are old, dirty, and uncomfortable. The pictures are far away from reality-based. There were broken tails in the bathroom. We received another room which was a little bit better but still quite dirty. I would never recommend it.

Good value for the money, located centrally. The building is an older one and has definitely a vibe.

No English speaking staff, booking of 1 out of 3 rooms canceled a day before check-in without any reason. Check-in took 30 minutes because of system mess. Breakfast available, but not earlier than 8am!, mixed-up names at two invoices...

This lovely property is right in the heart of Lippstadt overlooking Marienkirche. Amazing value for money! Very spacious and comfortable, with beautiful views. I definitely will return.

It’s not that I didn’t like it but the church bells were a new sound! Better than the iPhone alarm clock…

Great location in the centre of town overlooking the square. A little scruffy around the edges but the charm and comfort of the hotel more than compensates for this. Free on site parking is a bonus. Great value for money.

Good value for money. Staff was very responsive on booking chat. Changes to check in time were accommodated as long as you inform them ahead of time.

first, it is not hotel.. by putting hotel in name, they are scamming.there was no one on reception. We have call property manager only on phone. He only come for checkout.there was no lobby. It was raining and we had to wait outside because it was not checkin timethe checkin time is too late and still cleaning was not finished till 14:45 pm.I would not recommend specially for family

Great location, big room.

Last time the windows have been cleaned was during reign of Wilhelm II. There was a noisy aircon outside on the roof. The curtain was broken. There was someone parking in the driveway.

Most traditional hotel in Lippstadt with longest history. Centrally located with view onto the city hall. Old building meaning rooms with high ceilings and spacious due to entry floor, separate room with cupboard. A charming hand had decorated the room (art, type of furniture, stores). Bathroom also spacious and sunny.

Decoration done a significant while ago - not all in best shape anymore. Due to the old building we had a lot of noise from the room above us during the night. Bathroom showed “quick fixes” for soap dispenser etc, not really well done.

Location was the best feature.

Room wasn’t ready at at 2pm when we wanted to check in even though the staff said it would be ready by 2pm. Also internet does not work throughout the entire building.
