Rixbecker Alpen - Hotel Koch

Stayed in a single bed room. Compact and clean. The offered free cancellation was a plus. Dinner was excellent and so was the breakfast. The staff were extremely nice ! Thank you !!!

The church bells rang for half an hour probably because of a wedding. I guess it’s typical to Germany.

The room was very cold when I arrived. I had to wait 2 hrs till I could do anything after the heating was switched on. The room was facing the road so sometimes it's can get a little noisy

I have been coming here for many years and find it's location ideal for visiting family in the area.Always friendly and clean.

The hotel is getting more geard up to accommodating visiting work related people, and therefore the breakfast times are more suited to early starts and not the normal visitor.

The most friendly staff .Nice comfortable rooms .They picked the rooms for each party very carefull , for example we had a baby with us , so they choose a room that fits with extra babybed and also located that the baby is not disturbed by othe guests and also if baby would cry no other guest are disturbed.Rich breakfast ( 10 euro extra b.p.) with all your tummy needs. My top point: the selfmade prunejam ....delicious.Good coffee!!!! 10/10We will go again for sure!!!Thanks (Dogs are welcome too)

It was very clean and we were booked in a bit earlier then normal so that was nice

Bathroom had block drain or something so it was smelly a bit.

Rixbecker Alpen is a cozy hotel with the lowest cost in the area. The hotel also has a restaurant that serves delicious dishes and salads, alongside a bar with good options of drinks.

The hotel has no elevator and the access to the rooms requires going up through a long staircase. The tap and shower temperatures were oscillating a lot, and sometimes no hot water would come out.

Wifi connexion at room number 2 very poor and disconnect very often when I tried to work from my room at night when no other place with good wifi connexion was accesible.

The big window in the bathroom with a view to the street and the thin courtains, personally felt like people could see me when the light was turned on for my showers in the morning. Even if they can not see from outside they could realize somebody was in the bathroom

It was ok stay. They don’t have anything like coffee or green tea available at the room. It’s was chargeable. Green tea cost me £5.

The location was excellent, it was clean and the staff very friendly and welcoming.

The stairs taking to our level, they were spiral and step. The tv didn’t have any channels in English.

Staff was excellent. Beds very comfy. Very clean.

Manager was very helpful As we arrived late. They left our key in a key box. This was very helpful.
