The room was cold in the middle of the might and I couldn't change the temperature. Also, the parking cost extra 20euros.

It was in ok location and not a bad price

I was not able to leave the parking. Parking machine doesn’t accept visa, American Express or master card! Ridiculous. I came back to he reception and the staff was rude. And told me I have to walk 10 minutes to the cashpoint to get euros… I was forced to do that. With my little baby had to be dressed and I had to carry him to the cashpoint too. Super bad experience

Room cleaning. Room was never cleaned or replenished during 3 night stay. Staff gave conflicting information regarding room cleaning policy.

Great location, modern facilities, and good size for the rooms. The staff is efficient as well.

The blanket was too light for winter and the pillows were also not the best. I expected also some kind of courtesy coffee.

Staff were friendly and accomodating throughout our stay, room was clean and tidy, breakfast was a good buffet breakfast as you would expect. Overall an excellent budget hotel.

Overall, my stay at Ibis was pleasant. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast was fresh and enjoyable. The room was spacious and the location convenient. I particularly appreciated the complimentary coffee and tea in the lobby.However, there was no closet or drawers, which made storing clothes inconvenient. I had booked a single room with a double bed but received two single beds instead, which was slightly uncomfortable. The pillows were also too thin and soft for my preference, making it harder to sleep.In summary, I would choose Ibis again, but I hope to see some small improvements in the future.fdfdf

Easy parking. Rapid check in and out. Coffee and water available in the lobby.

Room was a bit small. No cups in the bathroom.

Good location near the centre of town, decent breakfast and friendly staff.

Not much storage space in the room, lack of cupboards or even shelves so forced to live out of our cases.

The rooms were clean and the decor up to date. Main reason for booking this hotel was the 24h reception ability to check in late night as well as parking.

The information about parking and how to pay was not accurate on the confirmation of the booking. We could not pay at the hotel as the booking confirmation stated, the ticket machines were only taking cash, which those days people simply do not have. We have been mislead by staff about the payment methods, each member was saying different things. The machines themselves did not work either, even with the cash. Staff in the hotel was not at all helpful and basically told us this is our problem that ticket machines don't work and we can't get out as the barrier won't open. Suggested we should drive to barrier and speak to the operator. We don't speak German.So this was very stressful as we were traveling to UK and had to be at certain time to cross the channel, with no help from the hotel itself, and taking responsibility actually for their own misleading information on booking confirmation, this significantly lowered the customer service rate we received.

A perfect one-night stopover in this European region - ideal if you are travelling by car to/from the Balkan Peninsula, Italy, Poland, Slovakia, or the Czech Republic. This is on the A2 motorway. Additionally, the hotel is situated within the Rastplatz, a service area featuring a petrol station. There are Burger King and the Marche. An amazing breakfast from Marche with a stunning lake view.

Just a warning: The gastro places close very early in the evening (10 am) - cause this is Osterreich ;)
