Comfortable beds, clean rooms, friendly staff, good breakfast

We had lot of issues with getting into the hotel because our check in code didn't work for some reason (We arrived around 10 pm so there was no one at the reception to let us in). When we finally got to the lobby, we coulnd't find our reservations in the system and spent almost an hour with the assistants on the phone to be able to get into the room.

Very well located, certainly when you are staying over on your way home. Nice vintage feel, kind staff and reception is open until late, flexible attitude.

To get parking space costed quite some efforts and other (payment) procedure than renting the room. Better to raise the price accordingly, so you have parking guarantee without this fuzz.

A lot of parking sites, easy to check in and out. Hot water can come out quickly from the bathroom.

I don’t feel like the breakfast is hygiene today. We two people had breakfast today in this hotel. We felt nauseous and couldn’t eat lunch. One of us ended up vomiting.如

Near Highway to Dresden 3km

Wifi terrible not able to work!!We came on Sunday late afternoon and no working restaurant while on booking was written restaurant open! Also no coffee automaat downstairs to buy a coffee when restaurant is closed.

The hotel is far, but that's ok if you know beforehand. It's a quiet and chill place, so nothing to worry about. They don't know much English, but the ladies in the restaurant were super friendly and nice. Furthermore, it was the only hotel in Germany that offered a crib for our baby.

The carpet in the room was smelling a bit, so it needed better cleaning.

We arrived ca. 20:30 and initially had difficulties in finding a car parking space until a very helpful gentleman from the hotel came over and recommended a space close to the entrance. From the car park he then welcomed us and did his very best to ensure that the kitchen would remain open for us to have a late dinner. As we were travelling with a large dog who wasn't allowed in the restaurant he arranged for us to eat in a corner in the reception area which was great.Our room was on the first floor at the back of the property. This was a relief as the hotel is located on a road which was surprisingly busy and, therefore, noisy.We had two comfortable single beds and all the modern mod cons you expect. The WiFi worked well and we appreciated the attention to also make our dog feel welcome and comfortable. Water and food bowls and doggie treats! After a late night walk along the dark but busy road we had a night cap in the beer garden at the back of the hotel.

All was good. As a reminder, the hotel is located on a busy national road out of any village or town so try to get a room at the rear of the property.I would have liked a small fridge in the room to store some medicine.

It was located near the highway, which was best for our trip-plan. Our room was clean, and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was included and very good. All staff in reception and restaurant were nice people.

Parking costs. The parking area was part of the hotel ground.

Location close to highways

This hotel is a joke. Reservation done with booking.com is not seen by hotel's internal reservation system, so I was not able to check in in the middle of the night. And I was not the only one guest with such problem. Crew on hotline informed us that we need to buy rooms again on the spot, so we did. Only problem is that price was +50%. Breakfast is poor & waiter was very rude. Bugs in the room. Smell in bathroom not nice. Never again

location was okay, if you need a dry place to sleep for the night while traveling it is an fair option. Don't expect anything else.

Communication how to enter the building. Totally not service minded, customer friendly. We arrived just before 2300 and the reception man was about to leave, that was pretty clear. We tried to get a drink, but we didn't get an automatic machine with some kind of paspoort scanner to work. Trying and trying as the employee was watching us and didn't got the idea to help.. haha..

Great location if you’re transiting. Lovely staff, clean and comfortable. It is the second time we stop here and will likely be back

We only stayed one night as we were traveling but it was perfect for what we needed!! Super close to the highway, clean rooms, very friendly and helpful staff.

The mattress was too hard, and the pillow was too thin, so we woke up with back and neck pain.
