Great location, not far from motorway, and not part of low emission zone.

Huge rooms, parking on the back of the building, good breakfast and really nice staff.We were 2 hours before check in time and they let us in without any problems. They also arranged some gluten free bakery for our kids for breakfast.Walking distance to the city centre.

Maybe the leaking shower tub.

Parking in price round the back, very important. Room (101) was really spacious, beds comfy enough. Supermarket right next door. Magdeburg an attractive town, a good 30 minutes walk into the centre, great al fresco cafe near the river - bratvurst & beer for two 25e - with a nice, busy, friendly vibe.

Smelt faintly like a charity shop. Reception lady not exactly rude but not very welcoming, in fact monosyllabic. Despite what we booked, there were no double beds.

For us it was great location when travelling, comfortable beds, large room with balcony, and lovely staff. Everything we needed for our stay.

Nothing to do with hotel, but I would advise if possible to close windows, as we were unlucky to be woken up very early in the morning by delivery truck.

Area is a bit dodgy. Every time when we come in the car park by the shop there are bunch of alcoholics in the evening.

Very convenient and secure building. Pleasant and very helpful English speaking staff.

The free car park at the rear didn't feel safe (with suspicious characters hanging around) but we had no problems.

We arrived much later than expected (after being stuck in a 3-hour traffic jam) but the receptionist was very understanding and helpful. We had a large room with a comfy bed and found a very convenient street-food stand just a few minutes' walk away. This was an ideal overnight stop for us and the free on-site parking was also a bonus.

It was good for a one night stay, the receptionist was super helpful suggesting places that we could explore in the afternoon / evening Breakfast was good but basic, reminded me of the old etap breakfasts where everything is in single serving packages

Practical and spotlessly clean hotel with excellent staff in a convenient location close to public transport. Quiet residential area and, if you like, breakfast on site (good value for money). Free parking. Good internet. Large and somewhat empty rooms, some with balcony; small bathrooms with excellent water pressure. Supermarket downstairs and around the corner you have a bakery, a pizza place, and a restaurant/bar. Less than 10 minutes walk to the riverside for walking, running, cycling, hanging out...

Awful, when I walked in, having been on the road for the entire day, driving in the sweltering heat, with screaming children and we were hit with the sight of this outdated, tired, even back in 90s cheap standard room, stained, theeadbare carpet, furniture and furnishings we would expected to find in a hostel for refuges than a hotel, my wife just burst into tears! Awful. To boot, we they charge same rate for little tods and they do for adults.

just about everything including the area. there was nowhere within a walking distance to go for a dinner.
