Good and quiet location in the center. The room was neat! Good price!

The rooms are clean, quiet and beds in double room are comfortable.

After a long journey, we arrived to find the reception unattended. That not a problem. However when a staff member eventually appeared, he offered no greeting or guidance, spoke minimally, and made us feel unwelcome. Check-in was slow, we were given no clear directions to our rooms, or how to access the underground garage. He said the door would open automatically, but it didn’t. If you want to use EV charging facilities, you need an app (bear in mind there is very weak internet connection in the underground garage and receptionist may or may not tell you this). Also if you book 3 people room you get 2 beds and a sofa bed.

Despite of our late arrival to the hotel we have been welcomed by very nice receptionists. Checking process was smooth. Room itself looked exactly like on the pictures (and spacious!). Cleaning done very well. Bed was comfy. We have also requested baby cot which was already prepared in the room. All of us enjoyed the stay, slept well. Hotel have own underground parking places. Some of them with the charging port for EV (which we were using during our stay). Dear Hotel Stadtfeld team: thank you for your amazing work. We will re-book the stay in the same hotel in the future.

The hotel is in a great location, nice café’s and such in walking distance but still a very quiet area that even my room facing the street wasn’t bad or noisy. Super friendly staff and the room was nice and quite big as well.

The pillows were awful to sleep on.And the fact that the parking garage would’ve cost an extra 12€ per night when I’m already paying for a stay. Personally would prefer that to be included.

I could't leave the parking after check out time , the door was closed and no communicate push with the reception.

The accommodation suited our needs in terms of comfort, equipment and location. Comfortable bed, availability of a fridge and a safe. The private parking was useful to avoid emptying the car for a single night.The city was pleasant to explore. The centre is easy to reach on foot.

The breakfast last until 11h00; however if you plan to take it, you are better to be there at 9h30 at the latest; this time seems to be the rush hour on Sundays and not only there is no refill of missing food after 10h00 but there is a lack of tableware and the staff is overwhelmed by the task. A simple query such as to know where a plate can be found is finally answered in a manner bordering on rudeness.The staff reception at the hotel is a complete opposite of the one found in restaurants in town where friendly, open and smiling waiters work. Luckily we met them, otherwise we would have left the pretty town of Magdeburg thinking that it was populated only by grumpy people.

Well furnished, well sized, well located in a calm street in the namesake quarter.

Old town, Domplatz, Grüne Zitadelle (Hundertwasser‘s House) 10 min drive away, too far to walk

The breakfast was very tasty and generous. There were plenty of free parking spots available right under the hotel. The staff were friendly and welcoming.

There was no air conditioning in the room. We stayed during a heatwave, so it was uncomfortably hot.

Ideal for single traveller. No fuss. Obviously a lot of effort has gone into presentation of the room. Pleasant shock to walk into the room (sometimes that is not the case). English speaking traveller patiently catered for. Definitely would stay here again.

Kind and helpful personel, nice rooms and very good price. Also very quite. The neighbourhood is also nice, while the city center is 20-30 minutes to walk.

Breakfast was very pricey.

The staff was super friendly. You get free ice cream and a bottle of water as a welcome gift.

The parking garage was a bit narrow and tight. Keep that in mind if you decide to park there

Breakfast was poor, the cupcakes looked as baked by a kid (dough didn’t rise). I found it disappointing that they still decided to serve them

Staff, Breakfast, room (facilities, bed, blends/curtain), quietness etc. fair 8 € per day for the dog :)
