Nice colorful design

-Very tiny reception area which is also shared with a breakfast buffet-Absence of double bad ( two mattresses )-Needs renovation

The staff is profesional and always ready to help. The Studio room is larger and quiet, has it's balcony. The breakfast was excellent

We felt at home in the middle of Hundertwasser paintings and objects. House parking garage convenient.

Don’t expect a huge room size in standard rooms.

The location was near the Magdeburg Cathedral, which was the inspiration for our visit to Magdeburg.

My fellow travelers complained that the rooms were too warm to sleep comfortably.

Beautiful and interesting hotel with a cozy courtyard environment in the Green Citadel

We did not like that breakfarst was served in the lobby.Knowing German breakfast bread it was very disappointing the bread that was served.It seems unhygienic to place plates with, for example, fried eggs on top of the sausages and omelettes in the warming cabinets to keep the fried eggs warm.Cleaning and washing of dishes was often inadequate and many dishes had to be sent back for another wash. We returned between three and five dishes each morning.

The Hotel has a fantastic breakfast and excellent staff , however the lobby and breakfast rooms much to small and the entire Hotel is lacking some atmosphere, somehow like a monument on the road

Sleeping in a Hundertwasserhaus was a dream! The location in the city center is perfect, and the architecture is truly fascinating. The breakfast was very good as well. However, the interior could be improved considering the price.

Loved the whole building. Beautiful! Balcony was great overlooking the central fountain. Bathroom and corridors were very stylish. Good breakfast. Staff very pleasant. Good bicycle parking.

The breakfast was fine. There’s a fantastic restaurant in front of the hotel.

No air conditioning.

Its location is central. The hotel’s architecture and design is wonderful.

The breakfast buffet was in the lobby and there were only small bistro tables. Not ideal.

First of all, the location is spectacular, inside one of the main attractions of Magdeburg, the Grüne Zitadelle. Also centrally located. The Hundertwasser design is present inside the rooms as well. Great atmosphere. Good breakfast, rooms are clean, friendly staff. Parking garage directly under the hotel (paid). Great choice for a stay in this city!

Super friendly check in staff. Very comfortable, spacious and quiet room. Great architecture.We attended the tour of the hotel, even the it was conducted in German and we are English speakers. We enjoyed it none the less.Great location, very handy to the main town.

Comfortable hotel in city centre, close to station. Good Breakfast.

A unique inspiring building. Clean. For those of you who like round patterns and asymmentry :) Bed was good but not exceptional.

Very good

During intake the receptionist made without asking a copy/scan of my passport. This illegal: it is against the European Wide General Data Protection Regulation (GDP) as well as the German Bundesmeldegesetz. It overcame me earlier in Germany. As frequent business traveller i didn't experienced it over the last years in other European countries.

It was fun for the kids with the interior, but it was too expensive for what it was

The breakfast buffet was not worth it

The building itself is the work of art, no doubt. The old town nearby is also an architectural pleasure.

It's pretty noisy though (noise from the street and inner courtyard with tourists). No AC, the internet sometimes went off. The bathroom was beautiful, but a bit outdated (in my case the showerhead was broken and there were cockroaches/ant traps in the corners of the bathroom:) There were no essentials kits either. It was strangely allowed to smoke on the green terraces, so some parts of the hotel did smell a bit like an ashtray:( overall one expects much more from a 170 euro per night hotel.

Something has bitten me while I was sitting on the chair, thus I ended up with two bite wounds on my leg.
