It was a clean bottom Hotel convenient with good parking.

We phoned ahead to see if the restaurant would be open late, and an AI conversation took place. We were told there would be a restaurant open to midnight, in fact it wasn’t and we needed to order from Domino’s Pizza.

I enjoyed the sauna

The restaurant claims to be open till late; it's always closed when we've been there. The bar used to be open and serve some hot food - no food available at 9pm, it shut at 9.30pm and the woman was very rude to my colleague.

The hotel looks fabulous inside and has good and clean facilities.

The hotel charges guests €15 for parking their car on site (parking garage) for the night.The hotel charges €21 for breakfast per person because breakfast is NOT included.The menu is also quite expensive.No minibar, no waterkooker, no coffee or tea in the room. Only 1 bottle of water.

The gym was fine. Not a huge amount of machines but the treadmill was fine. The room was fine as well.

The pool was too cold. Not comfortable to swim in at all. Staff were unfriendly.

I should have seen the warning signs when the hotel emailed me 5min after the booking to say city taxes will be due and we’re not included in my booking (which they very clearly were). I tried to call the to discuss - no one answered the phone and I had to sort it via booking.comWe arrived with 3 children and a dog, they can see my address on the booking and if they had any consideration that we travelled from UK by car. After 17hr journey, we were “greeted” by the grumpiest and rudest receptionist. I was shoved two forms and told to sign, I didn’t know what I was signing so asked where does it say that we have two rooms for 5 guests? I was snapped at with “we don’t have rooms that fit 5 guests” as if I do t know that having made the reservation. I said what am I signing, where do you want me to sign? The answer was wherever you want to!In this “4 start hotel”:-restaurant was closed at not even 9pm- Dog bowl was not supplied and I was only given one after asking.- No water or any other drink in the fridge- We were given two bottles of still and sparkling on the house but only 2 glasses for 5 people. Had to keep going back and forth downstairs- Our family was split between two rooms which were not next to each other- No kettle or tea/coffee facilities. I’ve asked for a kettle and were told there aren’t any.- Went downstairs to buy drinks, the bar was open and full with guests but NO ONE behind the bar serving. Upon asking receptionist, all he could say was “she’s in the kitchen” and carried on typing as if we have disturbed his day- I have asked for communication in English yet they carried on to email me in German- The walls were meant to be sound proof but a lot of noise coming from the corridors and also a big gap between the door and floor with a lot of light pouring in- The door was difficult to close and a few times it was open after we thought we closed it. Not ideal when you have small children and a dog in the room!

The staff are extremely lovely and could help in English. The place was very clean and the shower pressure nice and strong. Beds were comfortable and the bedroom was comfortable. We only stayed the 1 night as we were passing through, but it was a very good place to stop and rest. The breakfast buffet wasn't too extravagant, but what they had was of good quality and very tasty. They had food for both meat eaters and vegetarians, with some vegan options. We also stayed with our Belgian Malinois and they are super dog friendly.

There wasn't anything we didn't like, it was a nice stay.

Location on an industrial estate No kettle (tea/coffee) or fridge in roomNowhere to buy a coffee on site in the middle of day. A lot of youngsters staying at hotel and running riot in the swimming pool meaning no one else could use it. Staff refusal to do anything about it. Would not stay there again out of choice.

The restaurant for Breakfast was very good. Opened a littler earlier than the advertised 6:30 which was very welcome. The restaurant was closed for evening meal on the Thursday night.

The evening receptionist (a lady in her late 50's/early 60's) could not have been ruder or less inclined to help. This was noted on two occasions, once by my colleague and once by myself. The receptionist in the morning was very polite.

The room was clean, the breakfast was very good, the location was a bit far from the city center but it was not a problem, there was free parking on the street, the staff and reception were good and I was satisfied with my stay.

It would be much better if the hotel had free parking for passengers.

Shower water pressure was almost none. It's very annoying to have no shower. Lady at the front desk only reacted with "OK, thank you"

The room was clean and tidy. The staff members were very nice. The hotel has an.indoor pool and a sauna. The hotel is near public transport into the city centre. We bought a seven day tram travel ticket. An excellent purchase.

The only thing wrong was the fact that my wife and I got some sort of chest type infection after the second day! I personally think it was before we got to.the Hotel, as no other Hotel guests had any symptoms. So, don't worry!

Comfortable, facilities like sauna, swimming pool were fine. Comfortable beds and excellent breakfast.

Only two points. First room someone must have been smoking in. Manager gave us immediately new room but no apology. Secondly, noone told us that rooms were only cleaned when requested. Would have been helpful to have been told this beforehand.

No aircon room was hot arrived as sun was setting...there was a fan that helped
