Great location. Great service. Breakfast was delicious and there was an excellent variety.

Staff not very friendly. Seems like it takes 3 people to sort things out.

There was a convention and people were talking loudly until i called reception at 3:45 am

Our stay at the hotel exceeded our expectations. Our room was very spacious, and the two single beds were a great addition to the large queen bed. It was equipped with a minibar, which was very convenient for keeping our drinks cold. Both the room and the bathroom were extremely clean, quite the opposite of what some other guests had mentioned (take it from a cleanliness-obsessed traveler :D !).The breakfast was excellent. The pool was small but nice for children. The hotel also offers a large underground parking garage for about 20 euros per night. The location is great as well, close to the Altstadt and some nice restaurants.Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.

If I had to complain about something, it would be the elevators, which are too few for a hotel of this size. Having only two elevators per side is below standard. They are also a bit inconvenient to use, as you must scan your room card each time.Another minor complaint is that the hotel staff are not very responsive via email or Booking.com, though they often answer by phone. However, when they do respond, they are very polite and friendly.

Excellent breakfast. Nice swimming pool and sauna facilities. Friendly and helpful staff. Spatious underground parking. Comfortable beds except for the pilows.

Pillows were definitely too soft, which had a negative impact on sleeep quality.

Fantastic hotel at a great place. Underground parking, swimming pool (0600-2300), great bar and bars and restaurants 5-10 mins away. Loved it so much we’re staying there on the way back.

The hotel is located directly in front of Hauptbahnhof, which makes it incredibly convenient to reach right after arriving in the city. The room is super nice, offering just the right amount of space — not too big, but very comfortable! It perfectly matches my taste and meets my requests. The breakfast is exceptional, set in a pleasant atmosphere with a beautiful hall. It is also very clean, and the staff, including the attentive gardeners and the housekeeping team, are very professional and welcoming

One thing that surprised me was that the bathrobe is available for an additional charge. It’s not expensive — just 5 euros — but I was surprised, as in my bexperience, it’s usually complimentary in a 4-star hotel. Also, I was unable to get a comb, which was a bit inconvenient. So do nit forget your comb at home ! And be ready to pay extra money for the bath robe!?

Bathroom lights are broken, like not working at all. I was forced to go in shower in flashlight mode... Restaurant food and service - terrible To find some information in English, it's like "mission impossible"

In general everything was o.k. The facilities meet my expectation although the rooms are not in the today standard. The stuff was very nice and helpful!

Location is top. Rooms are comfortable. Sauna and pool are very nice (and convenient opening times from 6.00 to 23.00).

Great looking venue with sauna, pool and piano bar. Room was quite big did not expect that. Shower was nice and strong. Definitely stay here again when i am in town
