Caribbean Palm Village Resort

The employees were incredible especially the girls at the front desk.

There was not a table in my room to enjoy eating my meal on.

There is a stove and microwave, along with cooking utensils, in the kitchen of the room.

The bathroom could have been cleaner. The location of the hotel is decent, but it is not really close to anything...you will have to cab it to the beach, hotel zone, bars, restaurants; otherwise, it is about a 20-minute walk.

Well kept grounds and pool areas with nice pool side furniture.

Very basic furniture in the rooms. Very cheap mattresses. Small bathroom. Slow internet.

I loved getting to meet wonderful employees and guests. We made a close friendship with the people right next to our room and plan to go when they do next year. These people work hard, yet they have a smile on their face every day. Great for families.

The location is challenging if you don't have a car. I highly recommend getting one. Even if your staying right at the ocean, getting a car allows you to see the rest of the island and the many different beaches.

Older, aged resort 10 minutes from the beach. They do have a beach shuttle. The studio we had, did not have a table even though there was room for it.

Apartments fully equipped just waiting for you to show up and relax. Grocery stores within walking distance. The jitney service to Moomba's beautiful beach is a plus, since Moomba's offers a full restaurant and bar right on the beach.

There is nothing not to like, the resort offers everything you hope for in a vacation. The resort also offers a lovely grilling area, restaurant and bar on the property and also a laundry area for your convenience.

The rooms were dark I think it is of the furniture. But overall it was a good place

Dated Needs some sprucing up Coffee in the morning in restaurant language barrier was difficult no milk in coffee when it was finally understood only given one told they didnt have more

This was our third stay at CPVR, and it was so nice to see the same helpful and friendly faces again. We love the open-air restaurant and the little shop onsite was so handy (as was the pharmacy next door). A short drive to Moomba Beach and we were set for the day! Nora, Maria, Carlos, Emma, and Brenda especially made us feel welcome on the property. Such a wonderful family away from home!

Location location location. The family vibe was cool as well.

My husband and I had breakfast on the property once and never went back, food was salty.

The food. Omg!! Do not get bar food. Chicken old, everything was old . Calamari old worst experience the food sucks . Bingo was a nice place to eat not too far walking distance. No free coffee in the rooms. I feel like Aruba has something against coffee lol. Small coffee for 4 bucks and they don’t even fill it all the way. Don’t waste your time with the food

I loved the resort, everyone is nice, food was good and good service, room was cleaned daily, had a one bedroom and it was spacious and comfortable. Pool were beautiful. Location was ok, shuttle to beaches which is a great touch, 25 min to palm downtown or 13$ cab. Safe! Would return

I would have liked if they separate the kids from the pool bar area to the other pool .

The pictures do not look like the resort. The building is old. Cleaning service is poor (never changes sheets). Front desk service is poor - where rude, means and no smile at all. The property is dirty and old.

I wish they can improve the gym. The machines look old, some guest had to wait until someone was done to be able to use the machines. Also, our room didn’t get clean everyday, I think once or twice during our 4 day vacation.
