Very very bad bed , mattress and pillows , strange color of the sheets (white/yellow) !! The smell from wardrobe

Good location , easy access , local commerce l, staff is polite and professional.

Rooms are big but bed want very confortable., wifi is very slow , overall infrastructure is old.

The property was central and suited its purpose.

A number of things. The male personal was rude and clueless. There was a female and she was nice. The property operates a sauna (which is nice), but the personal was clueless how to operate it. I can only hope after my questions about a missing ventilation shaft (?j they know now better. The breakfast pricing was expensive and not really what you would expect when, for example no oatmilk was available.

Some people were smoking in their room, so the hallway had cigarette smell. The bed mattress was too soft which lead to sleeping wīth arched spine

Elevator was very noisy and outdated, meaning that the rooms close to the elevator will keep you awake.

The staff. The people at the reception, at breakfast and at dinner were very friendly. Especially Mike at the reception was very helpful. The hotel is really pet friendly. I got a spacy room for me and my dog looking over the lake. There is a park in front of the hotel where I could walk my dog every morning and evening. Breakfast is quite nice en dinner ok. Plenty of parking space.

At the far side of the lake there are a lot of drunken people hanging around in the evening.

The staff were very welcoming and the food was very good.

The bed was too small for 2 people.

Breakfast very limited… you can’t be to big or tall as the blanket was extremely small on size and length

1. The property was relatively easy to get to from the train station; 2. The location was safe and quiet; 3. Food (breakfast) was good; 4. Affordable price

The evening receptionist was a little rude upon checkin.
