The staff at Boathouse were exceptional. We were attending a family wedding and had several rooms booked between us all. The staff made sure we were all close together. The rooms were lovely, clean and well appointed. The beds were excellent and we had a spa which was great! The facilities on site (pool & BBQ) were well maintained as well. Would highly recommend it to anyone.

Everything was spotless. Very good location and excellent service. I'll be back.

Located near local shops and beach, close to ocean walking tracks, very good room space and layout, easy car parking , handy restaurant on site. Not to far from Sorrento shopping centre and ferry to Queenscliff.

Perfect location, very clean , good service

We came from Melbourne CBD via public transport and it couldn’t of been easier bus dropped us right outside, there is an IGA in the town and places to eat all in a few minutes walk, the place was spotless and staff were lovely - the spa bath was an added bonus. We will definitely come back again

The garden view room (lower level) was great and had a lovely private courtyard. The studio was beautifully presented and laid out well. The studio was immaculately clean and the host Leah went above and beyond. I am happy we did not have the upper level above us as the balcony was looking over the street.

I loved the room we stayed in so I cannot speak for the entire complex. If I had to nitpick I would say the espresso machine needed a good internal clean as very old coffee granules were still being processed through the Nespresso so we decided to use the coffee sachets instead. There was no decaffeinated coffee options, the private courtyard backed on to a street so although private it wasn’t 100% private but planting hedges to grow will help. The sliding door to the courtyard could be easily pulled open even when the snib was in the locked position. This was rectified by using the key to lock double lock the door. As I said I am not picking but loved the room and facilities.
