Sorrento Beach Motel

The room was very clean and updated decor. The reception was good but not staffed 24 hour. The laundry service was very helpful .

The location was not on the beach which was slightly disappointing, it is about a mile away as is the town of Sorrento, both are very nice so I would definitely recommend the Motel if you don¿t mind being a mile away.

The room was clean tidy, bedlinen extremely white and crispy. Customer service very friendly. Definitely will book again next time I'm going to Sorrento.

We asked for a quiet room, but were given the room closest to the main road.

Fridge was not switched on and I did not realise this for quite a while.Electric blanket and lamp switches were difficult to reach and the connectors in the wall could only be reached by moving the furniture.h

Floors were filthy in all rooms. Bathroom fan didn’t work with no ventilation. The floors were dirty with fluff and hair in the corners. The fridge didn’t work. Extremely disappointed for the money spent.

The only thing that I didn’t love was the bed could have been a bit more comfortable (it wasn’t terrible but not amazing either). Otherwise, everything was excellent.

Incredibly clean, and the electric door locks are a plus. Adrian is an exceptionally hospitable and friendly concierge; he was able to accomodate all my needs (around check in/out, plus also with me being clumsy and leaving a garment in the room post check out!) and was so incredibly helpful; he made life so easy and I would absolutely return to Sorrento Beach Motel. A few minutes walk to the beach, and an equally short drive to both the bay and ocean coastline from the hotel. Short walk from the main strip; it is a lovely quiet area making for a peacfeul holiday with unlimited parking availability.

Someone doing cleaning of the roof whilst cars park close by. Our car was covered in dirt.

The room was nice and clean beds were defiantly comfortable. Loved the shower awesome water pressure. Enjoyed our stay. Staff were friendly and helpful. We will be back..
