Location close to Sorrento town and the beach across the road. Great value for money We were able to use the laundry facilities The manageress was very welcoming and gave us good local information Clise to a few diners and food store although there is a Woolworths close by in Rhye Would stay again if travelled close by

The room was ok if it was the right room

We booked a room 3 beds and got a room with 2 beds and had to sleep 2 of my children on the couch pillows

The location was good. Straight across from the beach and a 2 min walk to the shops. Parking right outside your room.

It was very noisey being right next door to the petrol station and right on the main road. The servo opened at 6am which is ok if you planning on being up early otherwise the noise of vehicles and people made it hard to sleep.

The location of the motel was excellent.

The beds were not made up in the room after being serviced, though towels were replaced. The room was also left unlocked and open after being serviced.

Very friendly staff, lovely clean room with everything we needed. Right next to a bus stop.

Very clean and easy access to other locations.

The mattress need to be renewed as they were dipping, even after they were turned around.

Comfortable for a short stay and staff very helpful. Location was good for the local shops etc and beach. We didn’t have the best weather but on a sunny day would’ve fabulous!

The carpet was dirty. Stains were very visible. The room had an aroma which wasn’t pleasant The couch also had a smell The people in the room at the end were very noisy espically at 3 am in the morning when they returned home

The staff were wonderful. It felt like being a family guest. They were very knowledgeable and generous with their time.

Although there was an excellent privacy blind I was a bit distracted by being near the walkway for the staff. Next time I’d like a room further back. But that was only a minor thing, probably more to do with me than anything.

Comfortable, clean, plenty of powerpoints, good wifi connection, everything working, convenient to eateries and coastal scenery and walks.

Some TV channels pixellated. Initial confusion about wifi password with capital M for Moody, when it was actually lower case.

Great location, clean comfortable room, helpful staff and value for money. I usually go on the Sorrento to Queenscliff ferry if the weather is good. It's very nearby.Can zip up the road to the Rosebud Cinema in weather is bad.

Compact, clean,and close to restaurants

We were downstairs and the people above us were noisy. Hard to get to sleep and woken up in the morning.

I didn't get to stay there. Ferry fee to get there $170 return. This should be advised when booking! I have travelled from WA and not aware I had to catch a ferry to get to Sorrento from Lorne.

This was the cheapest place in Sorrento which I could find. The room was clean, and everything felt new except for the sofa which looked rather dated. The free use of the laundry was a very welcomed facility. They even provided a Nespresso machine! No capsules though ??‍♂️.

Just 2 minor gripes. Firstly they did not provide toilet rolls - instead it was a dispenser from which you pulled out individual sheets. Secondly the room was a bit small. The door could not be fully swung open because the bed was in the way.
