Extremely clean and comfortable in a great location with helpful and friendly staff

The pool and sauna were great! Nice and close to the beach

Our room didn’t have aircon, and the beds were quite uncomfy

Location and ease of parking

Starting to be a bit old - dishwasher runners need service - bin in kitchen is damaging the cabinets each time it’s opened Mostly the hot water can be scalding. I feel it needs a temperature regulator My daughter found out how v v hot the water was - it could have burnt her had she put her body in directly to the shower

good walking distance to portsea pub and beach

out of your control but the bugs were terrible . especially around the pool

Excellent place to stay with a group of family for a wedding. Lovely apartment and staff were excellent and very accommodating

Beach style theme, spacious rooms, very well equipped apartments. Indoor and outdoor pools. Bbq area. Right across the beach and walking distance to shops

Convenient, spacious, good heating, excellent jets in the spa.

Facilities need refreshing.. mould in bathroom grout, broken tiles in spa, old/inefficient tap ware and shower nozzle with water that leaks and spurts in different directions. Additionally could have added extra touches to make the stay easier such as body soap in sauna shower and olive oil, salt and pepper in the kitchen.

Excellent location and great pool and spa. Our room was spacious and perfect for our 3 kids.

Crockery only for 4ppl when we were in a 5 person room - a bit annoying. The room was a bit dated especially for the price. No daily service of the room which I would expect for the price.

Great location. Walking distance to Le Capuchin for your morning latte. Adequate gym equipment and beautifully heated outdoor spa.

Only had a neighbour for 1 night of our stay and we found the walls a little thin.

nice location

it was very expensive , not great value for money. light outside bedroom window was on all night , someone had even tried to use blu tac to hold blind in place to block out light.

it is very dated and coldmultiple old heaters in place that don’t workvery expensive for the quality of the room

great location, parking facilities great, apartment was very comfortable and clean and the staff were just wonderful. they just couldn’t help you enough. Extremely friendly.

we enjoyed our stay and there wasn’t anything we disliked.

There was no breakfast

The superior king room was not superior. The room was very small and definitely not value for money. The carpet was dirty. The TV did not work properly. There was mould on the bathroom ceiling. The supplied soap/body lotion products were finished and not replenished prior to our stay. All in all very disappointing.
