- Good location in heart of town, AC in room, and great pool (perfect for beating afternoon heat and big enough to actually swim laps in, convenient restrooms at pool too). Excellent free breakfast buffet (lots of variety--similar to a US hotel).
- Location, view of Volcano staff and Breakfast We Loved the opportunity to be one day at Volcano lodge (Sister hotel very nice warmed pools )
- Excellent customer service and location also is excellent. Highly recommended 100 %
Cons -
- Can get a bit noisy in morning with windows in the bathroom always open (can hear breakfast being setup). Room key is VERY sensitive and got demagnetized several times, (even when I kept it away from my phone).
- Shower tile old or patched , some noice from equipment coming from bathroom window
