The best thing about our hotel was our beautiful view of the Arenal Volcano. The staff was very friendly and awesome. I can't wait to go back! Me and my bf had the best experience ever! I would definitely stay in this hotel again!

The hotel's location and property are great. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The restaurant is great, food is well prepared and yummy, prices are very reasonable. Free local breakfast is great. The room was spacious and comfortable. Gym OK.
The access was little long but ok. We did not have wifi in the room only in the lobby.
