Feels like a resort - hidden in a green corner, quiet and peaceful

Late check out wasn’t possible unless you pay for all the next 24 hours due to some cleaning schedule problem. That was not client oriented((

Wonderful setting next to the river and woodland walk. Good breakfast and helpful staff.We will definitely come again.

We would have liked access to tea making facilities after hours. But this is a small thing.

Calm location just walking range from town center. Hotel was clean and on our visit rather quiet. Breakfast was great and breakfast room comfortable.

We arrived on Friday around 7 pm. The restaurant was closed . No info during booking.

Very helpful reception, even know we arrived later helped with self check in. Excellent location with great view, and lots of green areas to discover.

Small size of shower and toilet compared to room size. Lack of closeby parking when there is a private do on. There should be a designated parking for guests who stay overnight.

Very peaceful location, property surrounded by greenery. Staff very friendly. Free parking right in front of the building. Very comfortable bed.

A sort of school-like atmosphere when walking down the corridors.

Extremely friendly staff, excellent breakfast ( eggs were a bit cold though), nice and quiet room.

Bathroom is small compared to the size of the room.

Neat spacious room 15, the bathroom is also tidy. Good shower.Fine breakfast, plenty of choice and fresh.Friendly staff apart from the lady behind the counter. She was not very cheerful.

As in almost every hotel, there were guests who are not considerate of other guests in terms of noises, such as slamming doors. Relatively expensive for a 3-star hotel.WiFi was not always stable.

Perfect location to stop on your way as not far from motorway in a lovely town.Lovely rooms very well equipped, yummy breakfast and very helpful staff

Very good location, hotel is pet friendly. Car charger available on site. There are plenty of parking spaces. Clean rooms. Tasty food at the restaurant.

Unfortunately, the breakfast team did not manage to refill the food/juices on time.

We stayed in 0 ground room with direct access to the garden. This was very convenient as we had out puppy with us. Bed was incredibly comfy and bedding was marvels! I had great night of sleep!Also, when checking in the receptionist was very pleasant and helpful.

All was good really.What surprised me though, was the breakfast being decent but lacking freshly made eggs, so I approached stuff to ask if we can get an omelette or a poached egg, and all they said was 'no' :D hahahaMaybe it was a language thing :D

A lovely local hotel situated next to a park in Guetersloh. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. The grounds are lovely, and it is an easy walk to dining and shopping.

No complaints whatsoever.

Large high ceiling room , good storage and comfortable beds . Happy help full staff . Hotel set in Nice green space . Good breakfast and evening meals.
