The hotel is dated and needs renovating.New mattress, pillows and sheets needed. I struggled to get to sleep on the bed.The room felt too warm and had to open the window but the street was too noisy. Perhaps climate control would help.

Great location and I liked that we were able to check in after 22:00.

The room was dirty, visible dust in the air and on surfaces, there was hair all over the bathroom from previous guests and rubbish in drawers which haven’t been cleaned. There were also bed bugs or some sort of crawling little animals on the bed. The room was very cold with no heating or additional blankets.

Location was good and room was also good.

I did not get a parking place and had to spend lot of time and effort to find a parking spot. The hotel had a parking area but I was told that it was full which was very annoying.

One of the worst hotels...

Dirty carpets in the halls and room, ants on the floor, toys behind furniture from previous occupants, mattress was worn and you could feel the springs.

Quite central, close to the station.Plenty of space in the room.Helpful staff. ( I asked for an iron and they brought me all the kit to my room.)

Paid for a breakfast to try, for the money very disappointing, been to plenty of other places and had a far better deal, wasn’t much of a variety considering the cost

The hotel is situated in the center of the city, very close to the railway station. They are providing free coffee, tea, a water bottle, and earplugs. The mattress was very comfortable.

The railway station is too close, so it is making noise. The faucet in the bathroom has a weird old connection option. The room has only one small wall lamp on one side of the bed.

The hotel was located near the center of town. The room was spacious though perhaps a little dated, it's was clean but the bathroom was in need of modernising.

It would have been handy to have had its own car park.

Everything else was horrible. I am so sorry to write a negative review, but its a pity the owners are not investing in the hotel, mainly having it in such a great place. Even after seeing the score, I got convinced by the pictures and the reviews, so I was shocked when arriving to the room. The pictures presented here were taken at least 10 years ago, you can see the current situation from my pictures. Everything is worn out, the upholstery on the chair barely has color, the carpets are or at least seem filthy, the furniture is from the middle ages. Another shock was finding out the whole hotel does NOT have air condition. We had a nice mild warm weather with 17 - 20 degrees, and being on the fourth floor there was no air in the hallway or in the room. The staff was nice enough to give us a ventilator, which I had to keep plugged in and on for the entire day so there is some air and slightly cooled temperature in the room, as I was concerned my dog will overheat since we had to leave him in the room occasionally. The noise people complain about in the reviews were barely noticeable after all the above written experience. As well the parking of the hotel did not work, as they were having a problem with the door or whatever so it could be the case you get blocked in the parking not being able to come out. We parked nearby, it was not so bad, but guys, it is really disappointing. Furthermore, for the breakfast you need to notify them a day before. All in all, its a pity for this hotel. And I wonder where the people writing exceptional and really good were hosted or are the expectations that low?

Budget accommodation in a convenient location, 5 minutes from the train station. The room was quiet and spacious. Breakfast was perfect for me. From what I could see, it was mainly working people staying here who got up early and were not noisy in the evening. The furniture was old (the bed wasn't), which didn't bother me, but I know some people did. In fact, I would accept some of this old furniture for my home.

In the bathroom there were a few foreign hairs on the floor, but that's why you have to wear slippers when you stay in a hotel.

Very handy for train station and town centre. Good place to meet friends and large comfortable rooms.
