Holiday Inn Express Gütersloh By IHG

Location , staff , comfort and clean.

Breakfast could be improved , the price could be a bit less.

There was a train disruption and lots of people had to wait for hours. I booked the room in the middle of the night. They were very helpful. Breakfast buffet was nice. The room was clean and warm.

Location close to the motorway, welcoming and helpful staff, quietness, car park. Tea, coffee in the room.

Some of the towels were ripped.

Very good location. Clean hotel, nice staff, tasty breakfasts.

Nice clean hotel, good bed in room 206 and nice breakfast.

Parking must be payed and expensive for a German hotel.

Cleanliness breakfast

Staff behaviour

Supernice staff, everything fresh and clean! The kids loved the pancake machine. Ok I loved it too! So happy with this stay, thanks a lot!

Great price/quality. Very good breakfast, friendly staff, comfortable rooms.

The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The facilities is all you need. So Family friendly and affordable. Recommended Hotel to stay especially for family.

Excellent location 5-10 minutes away from the train station. The staff welcomed and sent us off with a smile. The breakfast is rich in choice and full with delicious pickups. The room felt a bit small for a family of 4 and the double duvets didn't provide for a very comfortable sleep.

We had very nice stay in Holiday Inn in Gutersloh. The room was spacious and clean, breakfast delicious with very wide selection (pancake machine was especially appreciated by our kids). Nice and helpful staff.

This was our second stay in this hotel and again, we had nothing to complain about.

Centre of town, easily excess able!!Very helpful and pleasant staffExceptionally clean

Noise from bars at the back of the hotelLimited parking spaces

Proximity to the Autobahn, station, town and many bars and restaurants

Parking can be an issue during the week.

Very good

I did not notice cleaning system. Must make ask when to get cleaning. System ok, but I didn't notice text in lifts.

A good standard hotel with everything you need. Breakfast was included and was ok. No hot food but adequate for breakfast. The room was very comfortable and very spacious.

Location and breakfast was OK. Just the sofa bed was really poor, the children could feel the springs hurting them. Upon requesting an extra blanket to ensure the they couldn't feel it, the member of staff got easily frustrated as he didn't understand what we meant.

Attitude and the extra sofa bed in the room

Fantastic hotel, perfect for a stopover as very close to the motorway. Fantastic staff. Great room with great facilities, very comfortable beds. Car park at the hotel so we were happy to leave the car there. Very nice Kebab shop nearby :)

Everything was great

We had a very nice stay. The room was clean, modern and spacious. Breakfast tasty with many choices, staff friendly and helpful. Parking was not included in the price but we parked on the street for some small amount of money. Location is also good- in the city centre.

Maybe a small fridge in the room.

Very clean and comfortable room. A very friendly receptionist Kevin!

Location is very central and ideal for city centre visits. Also, wanted to mention that bedlinen was fantastic quality;)

Breakfast could have had more warm options, but still acceptable.
