Location was perfect, great facilities and wonderful breakfast at a reasonable price

No fridge in the basic room

The room was spotless, the staff were amazing and the hotel was beautiful.

No kettle and complimentary tea in the room, travelled all over the world and never experienced this.No iron in the room.

Everything, this is am amazing hotel with super friendly and helpful staff.The facilities are excellent.We stayed for 4 nights, wish we had stayed longer.We will definately be back ?

Location perfect didn’t have breakfast

No tea/coffee in rooms you had to pay extra . Only one thin bath towel and one hand towel No iron in room

Beautiful Hotel,comfortable bed, good air conditioning,helpful staff,very clean, excellent shower, center of town close to all the shops, restaurants,bus and train station,

No tea and coffee facilities in your room did ask at reception but was told no 'you don't have that'if this was included would have given 10 out of 10 even basic rooms should have tea and coffee making facilities,breakfast very expensive 29 euros each,so went elsewhere ,bar also very expensive, the hotel appears to have gone up market since we stayed there two years ago so if you want a brew don't book a basic room

The whole place was beautifully looked after. It was extremely clean. The staff we all wonderful especially Josh in the bar and Rama in the restaurant. We had dinner and breakfast there which was excellent. Great location too

The place is amazing and has everything a guest could hope for and the cocktail bar is great

This has to be the first hotel I have ever stayed in where we as guests could NOT get a table in the Restaurant for Dinner, I even tried to pre book the Restaurant and didn’t just spontaneously turn up. For me this was a real problem as we stayed at the Park for my Wife’s Birthday and would have very likely booked and stayed somewhere else for our Romantic Weekend. Sadly we had to travel to another restaurant for a Candlelight dinner.It was such a shame and kind of spoilt our near perfect Birthday Celebration. Other than that the Hotel Was Perfect and the Staff were fantastic.

Room was beautifully designed and spacious. Nice bedding and soaps, clean and a pleasure to relax and work there if necessary. Nice bar downstairs

Breakfast and parking was really too expensive.

Really great hotel with a convenient location!We only stayed one night as a stop-over while driving through Germany and it was perfect. We had a delicious dinner in the restaurant and a quiet good night's rest in the well-equipped room.Check-in and check-out were exceptionally efficient.Being able to park the car for free in the garage was also very convenient.

Hotel room and other social areas very clean, spacious and comfortable.

The fact that the Spa facilities were out of service. Disappointed with this which was, reflected in the score.

Everything was just fantastic

The sauna was being renovated and you should have to pay for tea and water.Have a few more munches in the bar apart from peanuts

Hotel was well situated for our requirements. The room was outstanding. We ate one evening meal in the hotel, with friends, and it was superb.

Price -

Spent 2 nights in Gutersloh for business, had a beautifull and comfortable experience. Nice people, very big breakfast(was alot of difference though between morning 1 and 2 in choices).

Wifi was annoying to logging in constantly1 night had a neighbour, could hear alot of noises. Without a neighbour was very serene.Not alot of parking, there is paid parking available.

Location is perfect! Just a three minute walk to the centre. Parking is easy as you can either use the hotel garage or park in the garage across the street. Both garages have reasonable parking rates.The sauna is available 24/7!

No coffee machine in room.Lights in bathroom cannot be dimmed.

Location was perfect. In walking distance of everything we needed.

There was an incident at the front door, not involving us. Police involvement was required.

Very comfortable and clean. Good restaurant and a great breakfast buffet. Staff friendly and correct.

No hot water for a shower during our stay. Not ideal with a small baby. Staff a bit abrupt about this.

Friendly staff, very modern, welcoming hotel, brilliant on site food and drink, lift access, clean rooms, quiet hotel, parking garage, central to the city. Spacious clean rooms and bathrooms.

very comfortable, beautiful decor, very spacious. reception staff went above & beyond and even helped with a taxi from Halle. knowledgeable about local trains too. great cleaning staff too.

ducktail bar host was a little loud & rude.
