Not clean with many Mosquitoes and bugs in the room. Room too small and the owner very arrogant not cooperating in a good manor.

Location, lovely room, superb breakfast, friendly and helpful staff.

A couple of, dare I say, the male staff seemed slightly arrogant and not particularly friendly, especially the owner! The rooms had one bottle of water, when I asked for another a couple of days later, I was told that only one bottle during the stay was supplied.

My room was quiet, very clean with a comfy bed and pillows. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The staff members on reception and in the restaurant / breakfast room were friendly and helpful.

Nice clean room with AC, restaurant in the back. Comfortable bed.

Basic room reserved didn't have AC so needed an upgrade at additional cost. No fault if the hotel, this was up to Booking.com.

Uncomfortable beds. Uncomfortable pillows. Room was very hot. Had to leave the window open for some cool air, but the street noise travelled into our room. €15 for parking which was a bit expensive to everywhere else we have been in Europe so far. Restaurant was closed for dinner due to a private function - but nonetheless, there was a pizzeria close buy with a huge array of dinner selections for good prices.

The underground parking was very useful as we arrived during a downpour! It is 15 Euros though but we were happy to use it. The staff were very friendly. Our room was an adequate size and the bed was very comfortable. There was some street noise during the night but my partner insists on having the window open! Breakfast was very good in a nice light room. We didn't try the restaurant for dinner.

Nothing really. It is almost a 20 minute walk into the main centre but that was fine for us.

Very good hotel, clean, calm and quiet. It is located in a convenient location, close to the city center and everything is within walking distance. The staff is very attentive and polite. The breakfasts are very good.

This hotel was so comfortable, cute, and well decorated, with very nice staff and an amazing breakfast that is both gluten-free and vegan-friendly.

Great location near the A2 as we travelled across Germany. Very comfortable & clean room. Lovely restaurant serving great food and drink which seems to be a "locals favourite". Very friendly and helpful staff with perfect English. Free car park. Will definitely use again if travelling the same route

Nothing really. Service was quite slow in the restaurant for dinner, which wasn't great with a tired 6 year old, but they squeezed us in a short notice and I think we were at the back of the queue when it came to ordering so understandable. The food was delicious when it arrived and we were made to feel very relaxed and welcome by the staff

A lovely cosy hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast and good sized beds and rooms. Great location for us.

The room cleaning was erratic, not the same standard every day. Small things like the complementary chocolates, water, bathroom accessories, clean towels didn't appear every day.The drinks in the bar were particularly expensive!

The manager and staff of the hotel were very rude and lacked compassion. Their poor attitude made us feel very uncomfortable!!!This hotel is nowhere near the standard of the other hotels I have stayed in!!!
