B&B Hotel Potsdam

Clean, close to the train stop, self check in.

No coffee machine or kettle in the room. No cleaning service in the morning

The hotel is 3 min by foot from the main station, there are plenty of shops nearby and even a cinema. Specially if you need to commute to Berlin, this hotel is definitely a good option. The city centre is like 15 min by foot, so not too far. The rooms are not huge but they have a good size and are in good stand. The staff was very friendly.

Cleanness could be improved, particularly the shower. This is a small detail, but I find it important. There is no safety box in the room.

Nothing difficult access no parking after 10 pm no access to any food

Everything it was smelly and loud drunken people on corridor and no parking access

Staff member: "Do I have to explain this to you or can you read?"City tax was 5% AT THE TIME OF BOOKING AND PAYING.... The hotel could have absorbed the little increase to 7% But they did not Hotel on a busy road, The aircon did not work and could not open the window due to traffic noise....Got a ground floor room right under the bright neon sign of the hotel too.... So a bad night's sleep was had

The staff was kind, the room was clean.

We had a triple room, I think room is too small for three people but we knew it and it was okay for a night.

Breakfast is good.Location is excellent, near the main station, with lots of stores inside the station.Car parking is available behind the hotel with many EV chargers.

I liked the bed.

The towel and the bed cover were dirty. The toilet lid wasn't cleaned for a while...

Hotels maintainance man was rude to arriving guests at diod from carpark leaving a bad first impression, elderly man , might be good at maintainance but should be kept away from the hospitality side of operation.

Convenient location close to motorway, pet friendly, nice breakfast

Excellent location, easily reachable, close to the railway station. The city centre is a 20-minute walking distance. Parking place—free of charge. Grocery store and bakeries in the vicinity (at the railway station). Nice and comfortable rooms. Machines with snacks, cold and hot drinks, and soups. Extremely friendly staff, especially Mrs. Jana.

The location was ideal - very close to the train station and a shopping mall and just a short walk into town. The room was small, but very clean and comfortable. Our room had air conditioning so the traffic noise from outside was never a problem.

Our room was dirty. There was hair on the walls of bathroom and linens. Carpet was not vacuumed

I liked the location and the amounts of beds.

Reception wasn’t welcoming and behaved like they worked there for punishment. Then they told me I have to pay 8 euros for parking spot however there was nothing about this on the Booking website. There was no soap or body wash in the room. Shower was dirty and drainage was clogged.Ended up being massive disappointment!Wouldn’t recommend!
