Convenient parking, food breakfast, friendly staff.

Everything was fine. The room was very white and minimalistic, not very cosy. But that's personal taste.

Delicious breakfast, friendly and helpful staff, and I'm really happy there's such a great hotel close to where my daughter lives. This was my third stay there, and it has become my favorite hotel of any that I've stayed in when I've visited my daughter and son-in-law.

We stayed here once before and knew what to expect. It is a great hotel, near bus stops and the train station. The breakfast is delicious and a great value. The room & bed were comfortable, and the staff is very friendly and helpful.

No negatives, a completely positive experience.

Lovely decoration and sufficient property

No minibar, no proper sleeping pillow, noone was around at 5 pm on saturday.

A nice place to stay, quiet surroundings, nice terrasse and elegant interiors. The room was ok, with a nice, comfortable bathroom. Great breakfast - a lot of regional and homemade products. With a good restaurant onboard could be as well a nice place for a family meeting

We took a room for 3 people and the main bed was great but the additional bunk bed was way below expectations - narrow and squeaky.

The hotel was perfectly located to see the sites of Potsdam. We arrived too early to check into the room, but the staff took our luggage and it was in the room when we returned from our day of site-seeing. The room was very modern and comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. And there was fresh fruit in the lobby!

I would've liked a mini-cooler in my room.

Location was perfect for my purposes. Close to the station and the university. Bathrooms where clean and showers had good water pressure and temperature.

While shifting and moving on the bed the bedsheets get wrinkly fairly easily. Also, at least in the room I was in, the internet was usually fairly stable but often a little slow.

The room and the hotel were very clean.

The restaurant closed earlier than advertised. Breakfast did not have a great selection of croissants and sweet-breads, and the coffees were OK.

Superb breakfast, great selection of well-made dishes. Home-baked bread. Friendly and helpful staff. Suitable for vegetarians. Great restaurant for the dinner.

Great location, very close to public transport but still very quiet and peaceful. Staff was very friendly and the food in the restaurant was delicious.

The photos shown while keeping the room did not reflect the reality. I would prefer that the photos were arranged according to each room type and that the sales were made honestly. While you think you are holding a suite with a large bathtub, you may encounter a tiny room without even a refrigerator or kettle. this was my case, it is not satisfactory in terms of price performance.

Strange smell throughout the hotel - sewer problem?

It was clean. The staff were very nice and professional. The breakfast buffet was superb.

The room was extremely hot and there was no fans or any means of cooling. There was even no fridge in the room to keep cold water.

Wonderful property in the quiet village of Golm. Very well-appointed, spotlessly clean & well furnished. Food excellent, staff even better!
