Seminaris Sunday See Hotel Potsdam

Fabulous location directly on the lake with a wonderful terrace to sit and have a drink or eat. Great place for coffee and cake. The spa area was also great - clean and welcoming facilities. Very pet friendly.

The restaurant menu for dinner was a bit disappointing so we chose to eat elsewhere

I stayed there with my 2 boys for a short get away from the city the indoor pool area was perfect because the lake still wasn't quite warm enough for swimming. They had a great time exploring the forest and playing in the pool. The breakfast was also very good and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

The only thing that bothered me was getting food outside of breakfast time. The restaurant does not have much of an option for kids it was a small A la carte menu which would have made the stay very expensive if we ate there for lunch and dinner. There was also no fridge in the room so we went for a small drive in to town for lunch and dinner.

Hotel in the woods. Clean room, very quiet, nice walking next to the lake. Just free parking on the street in the forest.

Facilities are showing age, parking overpriced guests were parking outside. A lot of emails about check-in and checkout! Emails in German, no other language.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The hotel offers excellent service, and the staff was warm and professional throughout my visit. The facilities are clean and well-maintained, creating a very comfortable atmosphere. I’d highly recommend thus hotel to anyone looking for a quality stay.

Nice rooms and location for visiting Potsdam / Berlin area.

The restaurant service was very poor.Only serves a Buffet which closes at 8:30. At arrival we just managed to squeeze in and get what was left (at a discount rate, though). Second night they where out of food at 7:30 ! Rest of week we were dining elsewhere !On website a second restaurant was mentioned - but that was not in operation.

The balcony wasn’t cozy. The was a noice if someone moved things on the floor. You can’t hear people talking behind the walls but sound are pretty laud if something dropped, shifted etc

The location is great if you travel with dogs like we do. However, this particular hotel is a ”big machine” and thus there os no aircondition in the rooms and the rooms - with very few exceptions, do not have balconies.

Perfectly located in the woods. Easy parking and great dining options within the accommodation. Great facilities.

Beautiful place, we only stayed one night but it looked peaceful and nice. We parked in the garage and the check in was smooth. Big comfortable rooms. I like that it was prepared for the kids, crib, stool in the bathroom, cushion for the diaper changing.

It was warm in the room so nice with mosquito net to open the window, but when we opened the window other guests smoked on the balcony so the room smelled smoke. The extra bed was not that comfortable.

By far the best stay on our Road trip through Germany. We can compare different fasilities in various cities but Seminaris was the top one.Rherefore we returned on our way home again. From breakfast, friendly staff, entertainment possibilities in the hotel, room equipment and beautiful lake and nature all around, all gorgegous and so we can give it only 10 out of 10.

We don't know if it was a bad accident, but during both of our stays the alarm went off, which is loud and lasted a long time. I guess it was caused by cigar smoke.

Good selection of breakfast and nice play area for the children

All tho close to water the building offers no view so you could be anywhere. The whole complex feels dark with very little daylight coming in. The bed was rock hard and felt very “plastic” under the sheets.

The surrounding is very nice.

The hotel is very dated. The superior room is more like inferior - very small, no fridge, no kettle, no air-conditioning and very stuffy.The swimming pool is payable extra, which with this price range seems rather offensive. TV has only German channels and very few of them.Food was passable.Overall disappointing.
