it was calm, the atmosphere was great, breakfast were also great.

i had a two-day stay, i only got one water bottle, when i asked for the second one on the second day, they say it is not free. Maybe a misundrestanding from my side though.

Excellent staff and very comfortable rooms. There was also plenty of space to walk our dog around the property and the parking was very easy.

The cost of parking was a little high for Europe, but the area was safe and clean.

smooth checkin/checkout. Bringing a pet was no problem, fee reasonable; good walking ground around the hotel/across the street; food quality and variety of breakfast was good. Parking was expensive but easy to reach and well organized.

While the staff asked kind of routinely whether everythink is ok, reality with some was different. Answers were rather brisk and attempted to brush off the issue raised.. The room was at the end of a long way down the whole building and seemed to have not been used for a while and was just roughly cleaned for the new arrival. Quality of an evening buffet was mediocre (a la carte restaurant was closed). Breakfast was not organized optimally: people streaming in and out had to squeeze between people standing to take food and those beeing seated already.

We had an excellent stay at the Dorint Hotel Potsdam! The rooms, the pool, and all areas of the hotel were spotless and very well maintained. The staff were extremely helpful and welcoming, making us feel right at home.We really appreciated the underground parking and the great facilities in the pool area. The room was spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. Breakfast deserves a special mention — absolutely delicious, 10/10, kudos to the entire team!It was also a nice surprise that checkout was allowed until 12:00 pm, giving us plenty of time to wrap up our stay comfortably. We’d definitely love to visit again!

Everything was perfect: the breakfast, the parking garage underground, the rooms, the location, the comfort! In fact, we loved this hotel so much that we’re planning another trip to Germany (we’re from South Carolina) so we can stay at this hotel for several days to explore the area around it. Highly recommended!

Breakfast at a fairly high level: wide choice of dishes (all products are of very high quality), very high level of cooking, excellent service. Not bad sauna. Great location - 10 minutes walk to Sans Soussi Park and 5 minutes to the New Garden. 15 minutes from the city center.

This is our second time at this hotel (the first time my wife and I stayed here was 4 years ago). I was surprised at how much the hotel staff has changed for the worse in that time. Absolutely incompetent and rude reception staff. I paid for a 1 hour extension of my stay in the hotel, but my key card was blocked. Reception staff ignored my request to unlock the key. It took more than half an hour to unblock the keyb card to get into the room. The cleaning staff started bothering us 3 hours before check out. The pool is small and uncomfortable for swimming.Packing cost more than 20% of the cost of the stay.

The location is fine, not far from Biosphäre and San Susi, the breakfast is great - all kinds of meals wrere there, including pancakes and kakao. The swimming pool is very nice, big enough for swimming and with bubbles for fun :) The staff is friendly and the rooms are comfortable.

Large swimming pool with lots of natural light, well equipped fitness rooms, and superb breakfast buffet were highlights. The hotel is located in a quiet area walkable to town center, the room was comfortable, and staff were helpful.
