Neat and tidy, well appointed.

No contact upon arrival. Was told to arrive after 3 pm, but the staff left at 2 pm. I had a code to enter the building, which was fine.Was feeling quite sick that day, my suitcase was heavy, and my room was way on the top and the back of the building, no elevator. It took a while, but someone did eventually show up to help carry up the suitcase. The email response was quite quick.Upon leaving no such luck. The cab driver helped me carry it down. Overall a fine stay for rwo nights.

Clean

Manager out sick. Cleaning lady on site could speak no English or German. Code provided did not work for room. Cleaning lady eventually proved a key. Flyer in room indicated breakfast was available at 9:30 am. No breakfast available. A call to the provider denied the existence of flyer, was rude, and asked the the flyer to be faxed to her.

Quaint hotel with charm but modern amenities Great location 3 minute to the old city center and to The tram to all parts of the city. It’s about a 15 minute walk to Sansoucci Park and all its palaces. The building dates back to the 1800’s with a cobblestone entryway. The staff was very helpful carrying our luggage up the stairs. I did ask for a bottom floor unit but didn’t realize that it was up 2 flights, so it could be a mobility problem. The king bed was very comfy with loads of room to spread out luggage. There is a small kitchenette if needed. The bath and shower were fine and the price was affordable. I would stay there again

The location is exceptional, and the room is quite spacious.

I didn't like the idea that I can not get help if a problem occurs and the reception would be closed at 2 pm.

Great position in a very nice part of town. Walking distance to local transport and tourist attractions. Plenty of restaurants and shops around the area.

The only drawback was the amount of stairs to get up to reach the room.

The most helpful staff, super clean, especially for allergic (against everything) people. It's a soundproof flat at the back of the house.WILL BE BACK a home from home!

Absolutely nothing

The location is very central. Lots of nice places around. The room was clean and nice.

Really great central location but also quiet as the rooms are out the back of the building rather than overlooking the street. Bed was comfortable and good shower pressure. Room was large with a small table with a couple of chairs and a small kitchenette. Check-in was very easy with code entry and good communication. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. The entrance is a little bit disguised as it's right next to a restaurant so head for the double doors to the left of the restaurant as you're looking at it.

Perfect location in the northern historic part of the city in a renovated old house. The room was very clean, functional and equipped with everything you need, down to tea and coffee. The windows overlook a quiet courtyard.

There is no lift, which can be a problem for people with heavy luggage or difficulty climbing.

Location was right in the middle of the city and instructions were properly given but I got confused with how to enter

I didn't see reception office open in the morning.

Great location just off the main street. Lots of restaurants nearby. Nice quiet area. There was a tea towel and washing up liquid provided. Code was provided so was easy to access the apartment

There was only one of everything provided in the kitchen. It would have been nice to have more cups and cutlery provided incase you had visitors and also so I didn't have to keep washing everything constantly

Building without elevator. public parking only ( payment ).All these things were not mentioned in the hotel's specifications

Very central, nice courtyard and in general a nice flair. We didn't have contact with anyone personally, reception was automated with code.

No free parking.We booked for 2 persons but the room was prepared for 1, due to a misunderstanding.

Very nicely located in the Dutch Quarter, very clean and quiet.

Coffee machine was not ready to use, no ironing board. For Business travels the latter is very handy to have.

The property is well positioned for bars, café but still quiet at bedtime.The property is clean and well appointed

The sofa bed was uncomfortable but that is possibly down to my bad back and I was aware of this sleeping option when I bookedQuite complicated to enter the hotel via the keypad due to the amount of digits required however it did feel secure

Perfectly located, very quiet and clean. What I expected to be a simple single room turned out to be a lovely little apartment room with a kitchenette and complimentary coffee, which was just nice. Would recommend for solo travellers as I felt quite safe at all times.

There was nothing I didn't like.
