A nice and cozy place. The morning buffet and the bar were quite nice - above average I would say.

After the cleaning there was a strong chemical smell in the room. I know it might be normal but still quite bad for people with allergies. The cleaning was perfect but maybe the management of the hotel can consider using more organic orientated cleaning products.

Location is the only thing that would recommend itself. Located bang opposite of the Potsdam Hauptbanhof, one could not really think of better location if one meant to hop around Berlin. The staff are very helpful and cooperative.

The room did not come with amenities that you would consider basic anywhere in the world (a fridge, an electric kettle, tea, coffee). What is worse, there wasn't even a glass to drink water from, let alone a jug to hold the water.

Convenient for visiting Potsdam and Berlin. On site parking and good facilities. Nice breakfasts.

The hotel was close to my daughter's apartment and the main train station.

The lighting in the room was very inadequate. It felt like I was operating in a cave. It was also difficult to manage the air flow in the room as there was no instructions.

The large groups at breakfast. It was a bit challenging to find a seat.

Location is perfect - everything is nearby. It is quiet and clean. The staff was very helpful. The dining area had plenty of tables.

There was no wardrobe in the room. I would appreciate it more if there was a bottle of water in the room.

Was my 2nd time here and I can confirm is very clean and close to the city centre (Aprox 15 min walk)

The location near the main train station is excellent. Everything is easily accessible. The hotel is brand new and very comfortable. The breakfast is very nice, full of different options of very good quality.

The color scheme of the rooms is a bit dark for my personal taste, but this is a very minor issue :-)

Everything, clean, great location

The idea of breakfast for €17 is ridiculous, but we were aware of it upfront, so just got it somewhere else. Other than that everything is great

Nice staff and clean rooms. The room was very small, ok for one night, but not really recommendable for a longer stay. No gym, no water boiler or coffeemaker.

Super central, everything is close by. Stations are just a 2-minute walk away, so it’s really easy to get around.

I asked about the price for an extra week, and when I went to pay like 30 minutes later, it had gone up by $150 more than I expected

Good size of the room and very clean. Good breakfast. Close to the station and convenient to arrive/leave by train.

I missed having a kettle in the room. I stayed for 4 nights and it would have been good to be able to make tea in the room instead of needing to buy it from the bar.

We had a heating problem in our initial room, which got fixed incredibly fast.The breakfast selection is excellent. Location is right next to the train station with trains into Berlin if needed and public transport to the entire city. City centre is walkable within 20min.Perfectly sound proof rooms.

A kettle or a small fridge in the room would be nice, but we managed fine without.

The location close to Potsdam train station is excellent. Hotel is quite new, very fresh and modern minimalistic style, I liked it very much. And it was cheap, at least in what I assume is the low season. Of course, if your main target is Berlin, and you plan on experiencing nightlife in Berlin, Potsdam is not necesarily good, it's 40 minutes or more away, but if you are for instance visiting the excellent Museum Barberini in Potsdam, as I was, staying in Potsdam is OK. Or if it just a couple of day trips in to Berlin is enough for you.
