    Pros +

    • Great location
    • The historical building and square, the location - just on the Potsdam Brandenburger Tor (Brandenburg gate) and at the entrance to the old quarter of the city, the room, the breakfast.
    • Great location The hotel was nice room pleasant but I paid to be in the hotel brandenburger not a much less attractive addition. I was also placed in the worst room for getting to the front of hotel even though said in advance husband handicapped. Had to go through lobby breakfast room hall way down flight steps across parking lot up elevator and down 2 hallways to get to room this reservation was made was in advance We were also stuck in hallway by maid who was blocking elevator

    Cons -

    • It was a little bit confusing to get to our room but we figured it out.
    • The only downside for us was the double bed, which consisted of two separate mattresses. This was inconvenient, especially since we were traveling with small children. The mattresses tended to separate, making it uncomfortable to sleep in the middle of the bed.Overall, it’s a fantastic hotel, but I hope they consider improving the setup of the double beds to make them more family-friendly.
    • We didn't pre-book breakfast via Booking.com, so paid for it for the first morning that we were there. We found it quite expensive for the amount we ate, so didn't have breakfast again.

Our room was very comfortable and clean. There is a very nice bathroom and plenty of room to lay out your suitcase.

It was a little bit confusing to get to our room but we figured it out.

The hotel has an excellent location, making it convenient to explore the area. The quality of the hotel is outstanding—everything is at the highest level. The staff is friendly and attentive, the rooms are well-maintained and beautifully designed, and the toiletries provided are of high quality. The breakfast was delicious and truly worthy of praise.

Excellent staff service, clean and comfortable hotel, a minute or two walk to various transportation stops, shops, cafes and restaurants. A REWE market is less than a 7 minute easy walk. The hotel provides a buffet breakfast (optional/fee), a bar and there is a cafe/restaurant next door. The hotel is across the street from the Brandenburg Tor gate and is located at the start of the shopping street for the locals. There's even a small Ikea a few stores down. The room had all the necessary amenities and it was quiet and comfortable. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel if Potsdam is on your list. Potsdam is a really lovely and beautiful city to visit.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the 3 bedroomed apartment we stayed in was very spacious, comfortable and clean. The bar area and breakfast area were very comfortable and clean. We enjoyed our stay very much.

We didn't pre-book breakfast via Booking.com, so paid for it for the first morning that we were there. We found it quite expensive for the amount we ate, so didn't have breakfast again.

The location , comfortable rooms , lovely breakfast and friendly staff .

We like every aspect of this lovely hotel.

The staff were warm and welcoming, the room was spacious and comfortable. the location is perfect and central, if parking a car you could try and prebook a space or there is an underground carpark across the road which is easy enough. I will book to stay again and have recommended to my colleagues.

The only thing I can possibly mention is that there are a few stains on the carpet, however this could be resolved and it wouldn't affect my decision to return.

Comfy stay. However, after staying a few nights in the best suite, we hoped the staff would be more helpful when our rental bike was stolen. Instead now they have sent us the full charges without even slight compensation or offer to find a solution. I expect to pay for the lost bike but also hoped guest services would be more accommodating in this situation.

This hotel was amazing, there was a lot of choices for breakfast and the location was very good, close to shops, bars and train station. Can't wait to come back

The location right by the Brandenburg Tor gate is fantastic, yet we found the hotel very quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was good quality when we chose to eat in. Info from the hotel staff was helpful in terms of arrival arrangements and the hotel was staffed at midnight when we did arrive. Free drink vouchers were a nice touch. Walk to the Sans Souci Gardens is close by.

We had to log back into the WiFi constantly rather than it remembering our info. Breakfast is a bit pricey at €22.50 pp..

The location is perfect to explore Potsdam, the rooms are quiet and the staff super attentive. The breakfast is very good with options for people with allergies and very cute decor.

Some minor improvement, the blackout blinds don't really work. I brought an eye mask and was fine. The pillows are also very small.

Very comfortable rooms. Normally you dont get that size rooms.

The parking is available only in parking garage. Normally no problem, till you arrive with car which has roofbox on it.When you are using "Booking" for making reservation you will see that parking is available. If you visit hotel website, only there is written that parking is in garage. But personnel was helpful to solve the problem.

Location is great, town is beautiful and locals are so friendly. Staff at hotel are very courteous and couldn’t be more helpful. Transport links to Berlin & airport are first class too. All in all a great hotel and a great location

For me there are no negatives!

    9KarenPosted on: 6-3-2024

Location and bar outside. Staff were very nice. Breakfast was excellent

    8AleksPosted on: 5-28-2024

The hotel was in such a beautiful area with great public transport connections. The room was very quiet and peaceful, perfect size for the price. Members of staff were nice and welcoming. Mattress was extremely comfortable, and duvets were cosy. I like the organisation of the room itself which helped me with keeping my own stuff nicely organised.

There are only three things I can imagine that I wasn't a big fan of. Personally, the pillows were too soft and heaving a viable alternative would be great. Additionally it would be great to have larger selection of teas, although the serving style of teas that were available was great. Lastly, more information about dairy free/vegan options in regards to breakfast would be great (not a big issue for most customers).

Very comfortable and relaxing, peaceful hotel. Breakfast was excellent. Location great. Staff very professional and workman-like. Highly recommend.

The location was great and it was a beautiful hotel with comfortable bedding. It was very quiet during the week, we were made to feel right at home.
