Pros +
- Nice location and proper breakfast
- Location, ambiance of the hotel in on a beautiful estate, room is large and setup of the hotel special
- A beatiful estate, in beautiful surroundings, very nice rooms; high sleep-confort, and a superb restaurant (‘koetshuis’).
Cons -
- Loud washing machine, making it unable to sleep. Drunk employees coming uit at 2 or 3 AM making a lot of noise. Basically not possible to get a proper night sleep. Called the reception 5 times but no one picked up. When mentioning this next day at the reception, the answer was: "thank you for mentioning it, we'll look into it"
- The hotel was doing maintenance work, which was not mentioned. No plant based options at breakfast. Attracted by the restaurant at booking, but it was fully booked upon arrival.
- The bathroom (only one washbasin), the interior design (too modern, high ‘Ikea’ character), no coffee available in the evenings and mornings (machine was off), no replenishment of coffee cups, very dark, not causy, it is more an air-bnb than hotel.

Stayed in the Koetshuis not the Landhuis - restaurant just downstairs and room excellent value for money
the location is amazing! the breakfast was nice but the same every day (if you stay longer it gets boring) the room was cosy and beds were excellent
the cadence of room cleaning was not reliable and as a result our room was not cleaned one of our days. Breakfast needs more daily variety. The selection was great, but the same every single day.
Passable
We were put in a building next to the property you see on the pictures. That wasn’t what we expected considering the price. The rooms are very small, and you can hear people walking in the hallway.
Parking was spaceous and free, Location was EXCELLENT, and the main reason to visit here.
Room was a bit cluttered and dusty. It definitely needed a more thorough cleaning. Breakfast was also overpriced for what was offered in terms of food.
I arrived during the night time, so I was shocked and amazed when I open up the curtain and see cows eating grass in the back field, it felt so good! They are really budget friendly to solo travelers and the surrounding is stunning, if the deluxe room is available please choose deluxe room, I’m sure you will find it well worth it. Bed is very comfortable, shower has immediate warm water. And I enjoyed the breakfast, they are enough, and bacon is very thin&crispy! Don’t expect five stars hotel facilities inside the room for this price, it basic but enough, then you will have an enjoyable staying, I enjoyed anyway!
beautiful situated almost in the veluwe. make nice walks from here and see dears and wild boars. room in the guesthouse was fine. well equipped, silent and very comfortable. friendly staff. relaxed atmosphere. excellent breakfast.
It’s a beautiful location
Very noisy room and I did not like that cups in room for tea or coffee were of paper . Room at entry meant that I was woken late at night and very early in morning
location, historic site, building, gardens, breakfast, dinner
room location, but since it was not build as an hotel, but as an estate, probably more than 250 years ago, it was interesting and reasonably priced.
Location is nice and the old building is fantastic full of history!
Should replace those awful plastic one-way cups in the bathrooms with something sustainable it’s not befitting a hotel at this level.
Location unbeatable - no need to move the car to go hike & beautiful environmentGreat beds to sleep comfy and roomy rooms with desks & air conditioning.
Breakfast was not worth it for the cost of it, terrible machine coffee, no fresh juice, burnt croissants, everyone confined in a small room. Disappointing!Bathroom was super basic with bad lighting, again disappointing for such a hotel
Comfortable bed. Great building. Beautiful gardens.
Room very small. Had to climb over the bed to get out. No room to walk around it. No shampoo or conditioner in the bathroom; only shower gel. No fresh milk for tea and coffee and only paper cups rather than mugs and glasses.
Excellent breakfast, superb location in the grounds of Rhederoord estate with direct access to the woods and heathland of the Veluwe.
Restaurant was very good but the bisque was a only lukewarm, same for the entrecote. I like me food either hot or cold, not in between.Shower in bathroom was good but bathroom is small and open style shower cabin means whole floor gets wet.
A fantastic location and spacious room.
A ticking noise that wouldn't stop throughout the night
It's a fabulous location with a super friendly staff.
If you have housekeeping vacuum clean in front of your guests rooms at 06.55 in the morning, something's terribly wrong with your managerial skills. It ruined my stay, which could have been so pleasant. It wasn't just five minutes of discomfort, it lasted over half an hour. At 07.30 I was forced out of bed, but breakfast is served at 08.00. I was shocked by this unbelievable rudeness.
Location & restaurant
Bathroom mirrors too high, room quite dark
We only stayed for a night but loved the surroundings. Lovely view of the estate property - we even saw cows walk across the backyard. You can walk right into the National Park. Breakfast in the carriage house was nice too, but could have more options. Definitely would recommend this place!
Friendly staff, great location for visiting the Veluwe and Postbank
Noises in the evening from doors closing
