Hotel Stadt Hameln

Large and comfortable room with a sitting area. The convenient location made our walk to old town short and simple. Breakfast was grand and the staff was helpful and kind. We would definitely book here again if in the area. On site parking was a plus!

The Hotel itself - the staff, the rooms and the breakfast - were absolutely fine. We were fully happy here.

Our room was directed to the Weser river and during the night some youngsters had a party at the river - well - they were quite loud.

restaurant is nice , menu is enough, service was quick and warm.

room price is higher than performance of the whole hotel condition. should be revised.

The reception bar area was very nice! Breakfast was outstanding. All hotel staff were very friendly & helpful.

We stayed at the hotel as a three couple group. All the rooms booked were in theory the same, however our room was lacking a little due to the colour scheme. Only minor points really.

The ground floor room was somewhat bland compared to the upper rooms.

The hotel itself was lovely. The lobby has a modern feel. The rooms however some are quite dated. We travelled with another 2 couples and we booked the same room type and paid the same however we all got a different style of room. Thankfully we seemed to get the better one out of the bunch

On a Sunday the restaurant is closed so you are unable to get food at the hotel. With a lot of the local businesses also shut you would think the restaurant would be available to purchase food from. Choice outside of the hotel on a Sunday is limited

The breakfast was wonderful! Great coffee and wonderful staff! The frontdesk attendants were very helpful especially restaurant locations since the hotel's restaurant wasn't open on Sunday. The location couldn't have been better. Close proximity to city center and the view of the river was superb. Entertainment at the theatre next door. Parking was very affordable and convenient.

There wasn't really anything to not like. The only thing I would've liked is a water kettle for an evening tea in the room especially on a Sunday since the dining room wasn't available; this is a very personal opinion so not reflective to everyone.

The location is excellent and we had terrific views of the Weser River. The buildings have an historic appeal. We ate well at both dinner and breakfast in the hotel restaurant. Staff were friendly and helpful.

It was a bit cold in our room at times.

I read some of the reviews and was a look bit worried about it being not so good, but it was wonderful, location is great, people were friendly, the room was big and so clean and the breakfast was great

Like I said the room was big, high ceiling, I thought it would have been nice to have a coffee maker in the room or even a hot water cooker, the mini fridge wasn’t plugged in, ( I discovered that on the second day), so small thongs that would make a huge improvement

Very nice hotel well located for access to the old town. convenient parking. Staff freindly and welcoming. Lovely building with airy well presented rooms

There are no coffee or tea making facilities or kettle in the room

Location, close to town centre, easy walking distance. Decent enough breakfast when you pay extra for it.

Staff don't seem impressed when you arrive by motorcycle, still want to charge you for a car parking space.

Really flat pillows, but this is subjective. Folding-couch-bed is too small for non-childs.
