Pros +
- Hotel zur Börse in Hameln has a fantastic location right on the main street, making it a very convenient base for exploring the town. We were just a few minutes' walk from most of the major attractions.
- Location
- Super clean, friendly staff, great location, good breakfast. Checked all of the boxes! We were pleasantly surprised and would definitely stay here again!
Cons -
- However, our experience with the check-in process was frustrating. We had requested an early check-in, but despite seeing other guests checking out as early as 10 am, we were made to wait past the official 3 pm check-in time. When we were finally given our room cards, one of our two rooms was still not ready and had not been cleaned. The cleaning staff was very apologetic, but it's clear there's an issue with their room readiness system. While the location is a definite plus, the check-in process could be a major inconvenience.
- The lady in front desk morning shift on 04 September 2025 she was bad at dealing with the customer
- No complaints!

Super clean, friendly staff, great location, good breakfast. Checked all of the boxes! We were pleasantly surprised and would definitely stay here again!
No complaints!
Friendly staff. Easy and nearby parking. Great breakfast!
All good
Location is very good, Hamelin is quite small and everything was easily walkable. Breakfast selection is very good
Had stayed a week before and had a room on the road, which was very good. Although this time the room was an upgrade it was right over the outside bar area and noisy. Because the hotel has a policy of paying on arrival, we had taken the key by mistake, on returning the key the receptionist was unnecessarily abrupt and rude - a smile is quite universal and costs nothing despite any language difficulties.
Very friendly, clean and central to all amenities. Perfect for what we required. Well done and thank you.
We had to leave!
Large, bright room. Comfortable bed and air conditioning
Location was excellent, parking was goodif a little tight to get into.
Address given by booking.com not correct, hotel is situated on Kopmanhof Street.Coffees machine in room didn't work.
The food was first class there was plenty of everything and the buffet was always stock up along with a good selection of hot and cold drinks I found everything was very good.
Nothing if it’s not broke why should it be changed.it
Friendly and helpful staff, parking garage across the street (€12,40 per day) and great location - just a few steps to the pedestrian zone (Osterstrasse).
More storage space for clothing.
Everything, there wasn't anything to complain about. Just nice.
The prices are iverpriced on bottles of water. A bottle of water €6.90. Is ridiculous. Also all Hameln sells the small Ratpoision bottles in a pack for €22.50 not € 34.60
Friendly staff great breakfast
The rooms are located in a tower without life away from rhe main building
Location is right in the middle and provided good breakfast.
Window was not in a good position causing a bit of bad lighting ambience. No English TV channels at all.
Very clean, spacious apartment with everything needed for a stay with kids (good kitchen).good breakfast buffet. Convenient as the building was equipped with a lift.
Though we generally enjoyed the breakfast, you could see that it was challenging for staff during typical rush hours concerning bringing more food that was gone or refilling coffee machines/milk. I would also like to see more variety on fruits ( we got just apples and pears). Also, it was difficult to clean up in the kitchen, no sponge for washing up (no dishwasher neither).
Nice hotel in the center of Hamelin. Room was clean and well furnished. Bicycle parking in underground garage. Breakfast was good
Brand new and well designed rooms in a very good location
The room was not clean from the moment I stepped in and despite the fact that I commented on it and mentioned in detail the parts of the room that needed attention ( floor with dust and hairs, all furniture surfaces covered in dust), for the next morning, nothing changed. It is a shame that such nice rooms stay covered in filth.
Nice breakfast. Helpful staff. Location is just behind a nice strip of restaurants and bars. Free parking. We were there for a business trip, so our stay was short and economic. So was the hotel.
There was a lot of noise from (I think) trains in the middle of the night and early morning road works, which kept us awake. Room was warm, and but we couldn't open de windows because of the noice outside. Shower was overflowing. Relatively small bathroom, but fine for what you pay for.
excellent stay as we attend a military reunion every year since 2013 and have always stayed here.
Great location and reasonably priced parking just across the road in a shared underground garage
I had booked the property to a large extent due to it having air-conditioning. Ours was totally useless and we had to leave the windows open to try to cool the room. So our sleep was poor as the road was a noisy one. The front desk is only manned til 10pm so we couldn’t complain about the air-con til morning but, perhaps it was a language issue as we don’t speak much German at all, the receptionist didn’t seem to care. Also we discovered afterwards that it was a smoking room so that may explain the strange smell (fusty-ish).
Great location for the city centre. Friendly staff, great breakfast and clean.
