Could be easier to check in, but the new check-in system is not easy. The room didn't have a refrigerator or coffee machine. The change of bed sheets and towels could be more frequently

Breakfast was one of the best I have ever come across. I really enjoy the German breakfast with its crusty rolls and assorted meats, egg and salads. This breakfast had everything including hot food to satisfy anyone and which was accompanied by excellent service. Ten out of ten. I also liked the generous touch of offering chilled bottles of water. I used that facility and I also bought some of the drinks that were on sale. A very useful facility. I was also grateful that the two excellent lifts worked faultlessly. My room was modern and spotlessly clean. I managed to speak to the member of housekeeping staff who cleaned my room each day and found her charming and helpful.

Nothing struck me as being in need of review.

Breakfast excellent, popular so get in sharply. Location central to all amenities and transport hubs.

Location excellent for us, as visiting relations locally. A short walk into the town, a small park outside, and open air Market at weekend. Hotel staff excellent and always helpful.

Quite close to central of Hameln. Good and enough breakfast.

No coffee and tea in room. Not goof condition of bad, for example, a bit down middle part of bad.

Modern, clean and a good location just outside the city centre.

Customer service is horrible. The parking space outside the hotel was full, so I went to the reception to ask where there were the public garage was. The receptionist then wanted to confirm that I was a guest before he answered (!) Well, I could be a random guy just wanting to get some public information, but it took more time to confirm my booking than just replying to this simple question- and show a complete distrust in their guests. There were also a few other examples, which I sent an email complaint to the hotel after I left. One week later, I have still not got any feedback on it.

Nice and helpful staf, very nice stay also for our dog. There was a snack for her on the arrival day.
