Hotel Four Points By Sheraton Los Angeles

Excellent front desk attention, kind, receptive and efficient!

Although flavors ar ok at the restaurant, service staff really lacks knowledge, professionalism and skill in the gastronomy industry. This is the 3rd time I stay at the hotel and dine at the restaurant. Results always have been the same. Great front desk, bad dining experience, as far as service related. Nice people, attentive but completely clueless about the task to perform.

Location and room space.

The casino is nearby and music was played extremely loud until 4.30 am. It would constantly wake you up. We had a sport activity the next day and sleep is of the utmost importance. The bed is old and has a hole in the middle it even makes a squeaky noise every time you shifted position. Not a good quality sleep. Cleanliness and breakfast was very good.

Only stayed the one night this year probably will not stay again no hot water it took two phone calls and for me to go down to lobby to actually have anything done about it. I even asked if we can change rooms but they never gave me that option ended up with a lukewarm shower and this was in winter so not going to stay here again

The location is central and the neighbourhood is safe and enjoyable, The restaurants near by are VERY good. Unfortunately the pool and gym are closed right now.

The gym being closed for renovation was understandable, but hopefully it will be ready when I return.The staff were amazing and the car park facility was fantastic.The location is great too, as a lone traveller it's nice to have somewhere to go in the evening rather than stay in the room.

Breakfast was good, but some more hot options other than egg would be nice like bacon or sausage and hash brown etc.The pool was a great facility to have and with it being raised up it was very private.

Restaurant it is terrible, extremely slow, issues in following instructions, cold food, not tasty at all.Beds are so hard! Maybe would be better to sleep on the floorAlso the description on Booking does not match what you will find on the bedrooms. I book a room with two queen beds and the beds were 1.5

A striking design in a central location. Friendly staff. Comfortable beds.

Built in 2009, this white elephant of a hotel is in desperate need of maintenance and a makeover. The pool and gym are no longer in operation and the bedrooms are looking shabby around the edges. The attached casino pumps out loud music until 3am, which we could hear on the 8th floor.
