Banging door that interrupted sleep.Dirty ashtray at entrance .

Excellent travel hotel, close to train station

n/a - arrived late and left early, didn't see much of the hotel

It was very much close to train station that made this property the best choice for me. The host was very kind and welcoming. He offered me his private car parking to avoid any luggage theft in parking.

The washroom was not clean

Pillows with dirty spots and bed and room stuffy.

The staff was friendly and the location was convenient.

The hotel is overall fairly run-down, cleanliness is not the best, the hallways smelled of cigarette smoke.

It’s location to Bussum Zuid train station and beautiful forest walking trail network

No elevator means it a bit difficult for folks with mobility issues … so remember to request a ground floor room if this is something you require.

it was very noisy outside, due to a party. Noisy kids who weren't corrected etc. And the room was very warm.

Directly in front of train stop, meat and cheese on the breakfast, staff very friendly.

Cleanliness needs more attention, bathroom so small it was uncomfortable, not enough outlets, breakfast price too high, not fitted sheets so always coming untucked, not good communication because our messages were never responded to.

Very close to the train station. It was walk out of the front door onto the platform close.

There was an awful smell on the first floor in the front part of the rooms. I am not sure exactly what the smell was but it seemed like mold/ or stinky feet. It was very strong until you walked further down and the smell faded some. It was strong enough to hold your breath while walking through.

the internet was a little bit slow

The hotel is in a quiet neighborhood and inside the hotel was also quiet. Staff is very cooperative and doing a good job.

Location and breakfast was nice.

Small rooms and loose sheets. Mess in hallway when they were cleaning rooms. Slight unpleasant odour around the room and hall way.

Disappointing stay with family over Easter holidays, no customer service and very rude staff.

The check in was incredibly rude and unpleasant, the shower in one of the bedrooms light was not working and in my bathroom was flooding with the water when I was taking the shower. Mostly very disappointed of lack of the customer service .

Neat room, good location next to the train station

The breakfast was really disappointing, especially since I had to pay for it separately and it was quite expensive. There weren't many vegetarian options, the bread was dry (cheapest possible bread), not much to put on the bread and the teawater was cold. In addition, the staff tried to make me pay twice for the breakfast (at arrival and checkout).

Staff were super helpful and friendly at all times, it really made it nice. Lovely relaxed atmosphere and so handy for the train. Food was surprisingly good! Our second stay here will come again

Pillows not great

The service was excellent while I was staying!

I left a coat in my room, contacted them by phone 2 days later and the coat was gone...I had a friend in the same town for a few more days, and he could easily have collected the coat for me...
