The location was quite part of town.

The towels had dust, there was a massive cockroach in the room on the first day. The staff weren’t very helpful and way overcharged me which left a bad taste in my mouth the rest of the stay. As a result I wouldn’t book tours etc with them because it feels like they are scamming you. The one staff that was helpful was the male younger staff that was helpful in dealing with the roach problem on the first night. It was also super loud. There is no peace and quiet was gardening staff sweeping and cutting the grass from 5/6AM throughout the day.

Brayan, our host, was always nice and willing to help us with our needs, the pool and the locations overall were clean.

You have to walk like 3 miles to be able to get to the beach BUT for the calm and silence around it's worth.

I think making filtered water absolve for the guests would be an amazing addition.

Great stay, affordable, nice pool and friendly staff

I contacted this property beforehand to find out if my dog would be able to get to the street and they said no. There are lots of ways my puppy could get to the street so this was extremely stressful. Also, I wanted to work but working outside was not an option because the gardener would turn his grass cutter on so there was too much noise. The place is pretty and it's clean and I liked the location but I feel there is a lack of understanding about what a pet owner or a digital nomad need, so if you are either, I would find somewhere else.

This is a lovely place not too far from the main road where you can relax in many different ways! Clean, well kept and with everything you need. We had an excellent stay in one of the ‘stone houses’, but next time we would book a wooden house because they had a little front deck with chairs. We had a few power cuts from 10-5 during the day, allegedly due to maintenance.

A beautiful smaller hotel/hostel. Extremely clean room with a big bed and nice pillows. The pool was spotlessly clean too. The staff were friendly and happy to help. Perfect for a couple of night's.

- Nice pool- Good location- Clean room- Silent location, no disturbance from the noisy main street.- The volunteer from the U.S. was very kind and interesting to talk with. Good conversations!

- The blanket was very thin and small. We needed to ask for a second blanket.- Poor breakfast. No choice, not that tasteful.- The beds around the pool and the benches in front of the room were very hard. Not very comfortable.

Everything was great - breakfast was delicious, the room and the staff were wonderful and the location at the edge of town was quiet but a quick walk into town.

Beautiful place, nice staff, private location. The staff and administrator are willing to help and improve the stay. Great value.

There is not much to do other than hangout by the pool. The food offer is okay and not available every day. If you wanna eat or drink something, or go to the beach, you have to go to the main areas. It's not far, but Palomino has very nice accommodations.

The accommodation is very nice. There is a great pool and several spots to relax. The dorm consists of four beds and is spacious enough to provide plenty of space. In addition to the lockers, there is also a shelf where you can place your belongings. You get a towel for free. The women who work there are very friendly, especially Violeta, the volunteer, she was always a great help to me.

Not that expensive.But the stuff were really kind and helpful .

But a family (relative to the owner) came and sat all day long at the swimming pool drinking beers. I felt like it was a spring break with a disgusting family. I would not recommend unless you like beer smell.

A really lovely little hotel. The staff is friendly and the breakfast was good. The hotel area is beautiful and the pool is clean. The location is quiet but a short walk from the main street (both the center and the beach). We loved Palomino and this hotel!

The bed in our room was bad. We stayed here for almost a whole week and slept a little badly because of the bed. The cleaning of the room could also be done a little better, because the bathroom looked like it hadn't been washed properly for a while (the shower head was moldy). This was a small thing for us and did not disturb our stay, but the hotel could fix this with a little effort.

Rooms are big enough, breakfast tasty and staff helpful. The pool area isn't big but welcoming. Just a few minutes from the beach and main street.

The pool, staff, breakfast, and location were all excellent. Anderson was especially helpful and outstanding!

The rooms were not clean, lacked air conditioning, had dirty sheets, and the mosquito net was uncomfortable.
