- Location is good. Comfy beds and clean facilities, Staff was very friendly and helpful. Green garden and pets
Cons -
- This property is really far from the Center of Santa Marta. It is a 15 minute taxi ride into Santa Marta! So if you are hoping to stay and enjoy Santa Marta town, this is not the hotel for you. Also if you are in one of the rooms near the front, you hear the gate buzzer at all hours!
- Poorly located, there’s nothing around it. Very poor showers with no pressure and cold water. I had hoped for a warm shower. There was no comfortable seating anywhere to be found near the pool or in the garden areas. Such a shame as the garden is very pleasant. Finally, the rooms are sold with a balcony but this is not the case. The balcony outside the room is simply a thoroughfare and not for sitting on. Somewhat disingenuous from the advert.
- Could’ve been hot water in the rooms
