Food and beverage were very good breakfast had lunch by pool bar and ate pizza for dinner. Room was big, comfortable and the service from all the staff was very good.

The hot tub was being repaired.

The restaurant is in deep need of a transformation. The food handling and cooking process need severe changes. We ordered a whole fried "Lebranche" which is a common dish in the Caribbean. It was tasteless and also burned outside. It is a pity because the hotel location right on the beach and the kindness of the staff are outstanding..

Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing. We were initially assigned room 316, but the key was taken away and we were then moved to room 220. When we entered room 220, the floor was wet and slippery, and there was no signage indicating a wet floor, which caused my 4-year-old daughter to fall. This was extremely unsafe and unacceptable.Additionally, the room was not properly cleaned, and we had to be relocated again to room 520. Considering the high price, the service quality and safety standards were far below expectation. This was not the experience we anticipated from a hotel of this category.

Staff and food from restaurant

The rooms are quite old and the pictures do not represent the quality of the restroom and closets, the toilet needs to be relocated to avoid touching of undesired areas to flush it. The faucet for washing your hands was not working properly.

Terrible service. They charged me more as the hotel fee was different in practice. Also, even though I booked a double room, when my girlfriend arrived, she was not allowed. I was treated like a thief. Anyway, when I wanted to check out, they wanted me to pay 181.000 pesos despite the cash fee I paid to the reception. A disgraceful hotel I would never recommend

Has great locations and facilities

I saw a couple of mice in the area. There are many cats but they don’t hunt the mice down.

Beach and grounds were excellent but locale did not offer much in the way of walkable dining or shopping options. Certainly by design but a consideration when considering options for a hotel.

Too aggressive in keeping outside F&B (especially alcohol) out of the property and off the beach. I expect that at a sports event or concert but too rigid for a hotel.

For such an expensive hotel you would expect that they do not charge you for everything that typically other hotels would see has essentials for guest comforts such as a glass of ice 75 cents or a small bag of ice for your room costing $8.00 USD. As well the location of the hotel is not convenient to anything in central Santa Marta. Everywhere you needed to take taxis and nothing of interest was accessible by walking. This meant you essentially had to stay in the hotel grounds unless you took a taxi although taxis in Santa Marta are reasonably. I will return to Santa Marta but will not stay at this hotel.

The food and service of most of your employees.

- Meals took long.-Security staff should be wearing more comfortable clothing. Being more human towards your staff will keep them longer at their jobs. No need for black pants and shoes and long sleeves please.

Part of the staff were very polite and gentle but some expections. Facilities are too old and not with proper maintenance. I would not return.

The beach was nice and breakfast was great surprisingly the restaurant food was great and the drinks on the beach were good. The staff is professional and friendly.

We well ask for a room in the hotel next time rather than a bungalow maybe

The service, food and access to private beach.

Everything was perfect. Not complain.

Easy access to the beach, restaurant with air conditioner, good food quality but expensive. The personnel is really very nice, but they were overloaded during breakfast. Nice ambience on the beach during the evening.

I personally prefer more calm places. The nature in this place is very nice, but unfortunately from 10:00am there is loud music, all the time.

Beach, breakfast, food and room were great. The food is a little expensive but it is great.Internet Wifi worked well.

We wanted a room by the beach, we told the staff at the checkin but they stated that they didn't have rooms available. However, we saw a lot of available rooms by the beach.

Breakfast is superb! Fresh fruit, natural juices, fresh bread and pastry are some of the types of food you will find. The beach area is very clean and safe, and you can have long walks along the beach.

Sometimes it is too noisy, for example, during activities in the morning, afternoon and evening. We don´t understand why volume has to be so high; in addition, some guests have their own ways to generate extra noise.
