The staff was super friendly, it was incredibly clean, the room service was very reasonably priced & had good quality food. The hotel was very eco-friendly and had water bottle refilling stations which was super nice!

The bed was pretty hard. I realize this is personal preference. That?s the only thing I didn?t like about this hotel & my stay.

Good location. Quiet and clean room. Good restaurant.

The ladies at the front desk could be a little more cordial or at least act like they like their job.

The room smelled ‘sweaty’ I left the window open most of the time to get some air in, highway was noisy.

Breakfast and dinner buffet has a wonderful selection. Wonderful tea upon arrival, so great after a long flight, and cookies too. So great to have the shuttle transportation to and from the airport!

My room could have better lighting to help me see my travel plans and work with any changes. But I used the light near the bed and sat there. My room had an odor when I arrived but it cleared it out by opening the window and turning the fan on.

Very convenient to the airport. Shuttle was waiting to go the short distance to the hotel even with my 12.30am arrival.

Beautiful architectural design with an excellent exercise room and pool overlooking the Andes mountains. A perfect place to stay if you are flying in late or out early from Quito.

I arrived a day later than my friend, who had already checked in with our confirmed booking for a two-bed room. Even though the room was under my name and it was well before the 12:30 p.m. checkout time, I was told I had to leave because I was considered an “extra guest.”What made this especially frustrating is that the room was booked as a two-bed room, yet we were told only one guest was allowed. That policy makes no sense—why advertise a two-bed room if only one person is permitted? It’s misleading for anyone booking and creates confusion and inconvenience for guests.

The room was clean and comfortable. Ample and nutritious breakfast. Check in was fast, but there was a snafu with being offered a free room upgrade and bottle of wine that did not materialize, but the staff tried to make it right. Appreciated them storing our luggage at no charge during our trip to the Galapagos.

Just the snafu with the offered free services which were totally incorrect. We were told that those offers were for other Wyndam hotels and not this one, but it was a bit strange, as my receipt showed confirmed.

Hotel was very clean and comfortable. Staff was welcoming and helpful. Very close to the airport and the free shuttle was great!
