Staff very friendly, very pretty

The character of the buildings and grounds.

The desk could use a lamp so you can see what you're doing. Also, not a single cup or glass was in the room.

The check-in process was tough!

Just stayed there for a 12 hour layover.

The staff at Rincon de Puembo were simply lovely. So accommodation and friendly. The food was spectacular. The complimentary breakfasts were always varied. The ability to order lunch next to the pool is undefeated. So nice to be able to eat by the pool! I also loved that there was a sauna, turkish sauna, jacuzzi, and some workout equipment. So many lovely accommodations!

The room felt like a cinderbock. White painted bricks made us feel like we were in a prison. There was only one window in the room, so it was quite dark. The shower didn't drain properly so we were always standing in a pool of water in the shower.

Clean and nice hotel with great breakfast! The restaurant also had good food options and everything was delicious. Comfortable beds and the hotel rooms were clean and tidy. It also felt safe. What stands out are the amenities. You can easily spend your vacation just hanging out by the pool here without ever leaving the hotel.

Booking.com description said close to the airport but was over half an hour in evening traffic.

The staff were all wonderful. The grounds were beautiful. The buildings were very nice. A small refrigerator and microwave would have been a real plus as would a small area to purchase food items since it was rather isolated. I think a plunger in the rooms would be a big plus.

It was gorgeous. It was immaculately kept and every inch was designed beautifully.

The gym could’ve been a bit bigger, but it was sufficient. At times the pool was a little cool.

I love this property ! This is the 3rd time I've stayed there and I will stay again. The grounds are beautiful , very peaceful and relaxing. The hospitality is amazing and the staff is very kind. The breakfasts are excellent and included a terrific selection of fresh fruits / juices, eggs, meats, yucca, breads. The room was spotless and very comfortable. I walked around the town and it is very pleasant.

Wifi wasn’t available in 301. Also messed up free taxi shuttle (sent small car for 5 people + luggage)

What a beautiful setting! They picked us up after midnight from the airport!Great breakfast! Lovely gardens! We enjoyed the sauna, pool, and hottup!

Safe, clean, an oasis with lush greenery in the suburbs of Quito, close to the airport. Lovely breakfast.

Everything was great at the hotel. The property is beautiful and offers a variety of facilities. Our room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was buffet style; although the choices were somewhat limited, everything was very tasty. We also enjoyed a lunch at the hotel's restaurant, which was excellent. It was a pleasant surprise to find that all staff spoke English, which is quite uncommon in South America. Additionally, the price included an airport transfer, adding to the convenience.
