Hotel WLH Gold Bogota

The booking said the room included hot water and hair dryer, which the room had none. When asked at the front desk, they were not of great help—they offer to lend us a hair dryer that another guest hoarded so we never got to use it, and the water was lukewarm at best—. Nobody came in to check on our complaints. The staff was friendly yet not very helpful.

Really a good breakfast. Specially prepared for our request as well.

Hotel made me switch hotels twice. Not a seamless transition so had to wait for a room.. . The Gold hotel painting crew and street noice were loud directly out my window. Otherwise a nice hotel.

Clean, good value, great location for events at Corferias

It is on a quiet street. There are lots of inexpensive and authentic restaurants nearby. The beds are extremely comfortable. The staff is super kind and polite. You are a 15000COP Uber ride to Calenderia. You can walk to Parque Simon Bolivar. Breakfast has a lot of variety, even if it is not all delicious. This is a Colombian hotel for Colombians. We were the only international tourists there.

We stayed on the first floor. We could hear other guests in the lobby.

The bed was comfortable

The hotel staff is not friendly. One morning, breakfast (which was open until 9:30am) was finished an hour before closing time. The walls are very weak and there is a lot of noise from the hallways, which makes it difficult to rest. The neighborhood is dangerous. Right in front of the hotel, my cell phone was stolen. It was a traumatic experience and beyond calling the police, the hotel staff was not very empathetic. I do not recommend it.

The customer service was one of the best I’ve ever experience. Staff was super helpful. My room had three beds due to bookings and they improvised a desk in less than 5 minutos for me to connect to meetings. The server at the restaurant was outstanding and front desk Cinthya was sweet and helpful.

Elevator, restaurant from 06:30 until late. LOMO CARTAGENERO, was perfect.

I was on business travel, but the room had no table and light for the computer. The staff got some extra table for me.

Quiet location.

After a day of air travel, are you tired and may forget daily room cleaning still happens? The morning after check in I went for a walk. I didn’t bring my wallet. I left it on the nightstand. When I returned staff was in the room cleaning. The wallet, drivers license, debit/credit cards and (surprise) 400,000cop cash was not there when I returned. We searched the room together and management was unable to retrieve the wallet even after offering to pay additional for return of the drivers license. Avoidable error on my end. Indifference on the hotels end.

The hotel offered shuttle to the airport and this was not true, they assigned a paid taxi, the money that they charged for the taxi was higher than the uber rates. Another thing, The room has to be paid only in cash they do not accept card o any other transfer, this situation was uncomfortable.

It’s new and modern

Too cramped with not even space for luggage. Rather than an armoire, there should be a low dresser for desk space or a place to place luggage. With three beds and four people staying, it is very cramped. Too hot in the room with the comforter. A fan in the room would be highly recommended!

TV + phone did not function, nite clerk not friendly, given totality it was solid value.

Good location, for the purpose of our trip. It is comfortable, we are a family of 2 adults and 2 children and the hotel have all we need. The service of the staff is excellent! The breakfast was included and they offer hot and cold breakfast.

The room was spacious and clean. The staff was kind. The location was good in Bogotá.

The Internet was very bad... on and off, and no private space to do business calls. The hotel was pretty noisy with lots of dogs barking.
