- I had an amazing experience staying at this hotel during my recent trip to Medellín! The location couldn’t have been better — just steps away from some of the city’s best bars, restaurants, and nightlife. Whether I was in the mood for local Colombian cuisine or a fun rooftop cocktail bar, everything was within easy walking distance

- Nice property that I have stayed at many times in the past, but in the recent years, they have raised their nightly rate so I have not stayed until recently. With the lower price. It’s a good value.
Cons -
- Coffee available in rooms would be great! Other than that great stay.
- Pillows were a bit hard, metal doors to bathroom were hard to close and VERY noisy, especially using the bathroom in the middle of the night. Could hear the bathroom doors and showers from other rooms. The breakfast was good but they ran out of food a few times unless you arrived early
- The only downside was that the windows in the room couldn’t be opened, and the room felt a bit dark. Aside from that, everything else was very good.”

Really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, close to everything I needed. The hotel was spotless, and you could tell cleanliness was a priority. The staff were very nice, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay, which made the experience even better.

Clean and very friendly staffDaniel,Luisa,Elijah all great folks
-Breakfast was great-Bed was firm and comfortable-Easy and fast check in and out, and they store luggage-very walkable and closed to many places- the design was beautiful with an amazing rooftop restaurant that also serves the breakfast
Overall, everything was great, I loved the facilities, the rooms, the bathrooms, the breakfast .... excellent experience.
There was a situation with one of the people who helped us with the check-in, the room was for a foreign citizen and his partner who is NOT a resident of Colombia, despite all attempts we had to pay the VAT of the room, even though the payment was made by the foreigner. It was not the best experience, there was a strong discussion, and it was left as the aftertaste of what happened.
Breakfast and attention of Mayra and Lina. The detail oriented of the staff and Francisco as well. Lovely place to stay again.
outside Noises at the room but everything else was great!
Setting was nice
Eggs were cold and staff needed more training on customer service
THE ROOM WAS BROAD, CLEAN AND ARTISTIC AND WELL ILLUMINATEDNO BREAKFAST BUT THERE ARE LOTS OF RESTAURANTS AROUND THE LOCATION IS VERY PRIME; 3 BLOCKS UP IS PROVENZA AND 3 DOWN IS EL POBLADO, WHERE I WENT TO CHURCH AND TOOK MY TOURS
PARQUE LLERAS IS ONE BLOCK UP WHICH WOULD BE CONVENIERNT FOR SOME BUT TO ME IS THE UNDERWORLDI DONT REALLY HAVE ANY COMPLAINTS
Location and staff
Cleanliness, extra costs, amenities
The Hotel has a nice art vibe! The Hotels treasure is it personell, always ready to help and assist. Cleaning personell also did great job, very friendly and attentive, especially our assigned cleaning personell Maria Alejandra, great work and vibe and providing information on great places and special towns to visit!

The hotel is centrally located and despite being in a very busy area (lots of bars and restaurants), it is tucked away on a side street, providing a quieter area which is great to have minimal noise. The entire property from the lobby, to the room, to the breakfast area on the top floor is all modern, clean, and well decorated. It's a very stylish hotel, and incredible value for what we paid. The rooms are really nice, with a comfy bed, spacious bathroom/shower, and a large tv with streaming services. The breakfast included at the hotel offers a good variety of options, and you can order barista coffees from the bar as well.Overall was a very good stay and would recommend.
Though only minor, the presentation of a lobby bar which is not operational is a bit misleading to guests. Despite presenting a stylish and fully stocked bar in the middle of the main floor, I was advised it was not functional. Maybe this is only temporary, and got lost in translation, but to have this only for decorative purposes and shown in hotel photos isn't the most honest representation of available amenities.Another minor issue was the in room water provided. A glass corked bottle with a card advising this is filtered water and the green initiatives and benefits it provided were included. As it contained less than a litre of water, two of us easily went through this halfway through the day, and I went down to request a refill, only to be advised there was a charge for this. Being that it was late and I didn't want to head out again to buy more from a shop, I agreed. The bottle arrived, with a loose fitting cork, and like the first bottle, tasted likely to just come from a tap somewhere. For a hotel presenting as a nice boutique property, it's not great to charge for basic filtered water. Providing drinking water to guests should not be an extra charge, especially when it is not properly bottled spring water or anything like that.
Good location in Poblado, near restaurants and bars
Location good but that’s it’s
As like other reviews, the damp is a real problem and I had water dripping on me and my bed during the night from exposed piping.Again on noose.. even though common in SA, the noise really does travel through this hotel. However my biggest issue was I was overcharged at check in. During the night (around midnight) reception called me and asked if I was in my room and even after I said I was sleeping, he said he needed to come to my room twice. I refused. I’ve never had this happen in any hotel, especially while solo travelling. Overall I felt very unsafe after this incident, barely slept and checked out as soon as it was light. I’ve emailed the manager since on the email address I was given but haven’t had any response for a refund.
The location is perfectIt’s very quietStaff was amazingThe room was very comfortable, beds were really nice, and very cleanCleaning staff was very lovely as well?
Absolutely nothing?
Location . Decor
The staff was not considerate. When we checked in we were told they don't have a window room and then they changed our room without our consent since there was an issue next day. They have a bad visitor policy.Standard room is gloomy without windows
