Pros +
- Nice location just outside the walls of Lubeck. very helpful and welcoming staff in the main facility (a fancier hotel nearby) where the keys are picked up. Good value for money. Nice and quiet neighbourhood.
Cons -
- Our beds were not not properly dressed with all the layers. We complained about the uneven service at the reception and at the second attempt they managed to solve the problem. They also invited us for breakfast for the inconvenience.
