Hotel Expo

Pros +

• Calm Big room TV Great sleeping
• Big room. Calm. Nice bathroom. Refrigerator. Great location. Friendly staff.
• I was totally disappointed with booking.com for putting such a hotel on their list. This was not a hotel by any means. It was simply a students' accommodation used as a hotel.

Cons -

• 1- The staff were absolutely unprofessional and rude; always unhelpful. It was obvious they haven't had any training in dealing with guests and tourists. 2- There were 2 blood stains on the blanket and I finally had to ask the receptionist himself to come up to us and see it himself in order to have it changed. 3- On the booking email I received from "Booking.com" it was mentioned we will have a minibar as advertised, but unfortunately there was none and my request to speak with the manager was not dealt with. Every time I requested to speak to a manager, the staff said the manager is not available. 4- The room was so cold, and only after discussing the issue for over half an hour we finally were able to borrow a portable heater to be able to stay in the room overnight; but the heater itself was so noisy that made falling asleep almost impossible. 5- This was not a hotel by any means; it was simply a students' accommodation used to make extra money. Totally unacceptable. 6- The location was far from the city center although a bus station was in a 10 minute walk distance; but nothing around the hotel except for a McDonald's on the other side of the highway at 15 minutes' walking distance. 7- I would be so thankful if "Booking.com" could only mention facilities on their website that really exist, not the minibar which was not available please.
