- New and clean
- Mostly friendly staff, excellent spa and gym, spacious room, modern and well equipped, comfortable bed, tv with many channels, well functioning wifi, nice bathroom.
Cons -
- This hotel was one of the 4 Star no name listed as in Bratislava. It is not in the city center but near the airport. It is 20 min bus trip or cab ride to see sites or go to restaurants. It is a 23 euro cab ride from the train. Bad local for visitors.
- Not enough staff. Stupid check-out procedure took 1 hour!
- It was not possible to open the window completely, there was no sofa in the room, sometimes it was difficult to set the desired temperature.
