Pros +
- On the beach and close to town
- Staff service and friendliness. Access to transportation and restaurants.
- The entire staff was great especially the kitchen and bar staff they were exceptional; very friendly, attentive and hospitable. Love the complementary breakfast and the rum punch. Worth every moment spent.
Cons -
- The room was hot when we arrived. Also the room was not ready on time.
- Even though the hotel has access to beach, there is no swimming beach. At the smae time there is very little swimming beaches in San Pedro. The hotel provides a cordoned swimming area at the end of the dock.
- The swimming pools needs to be cleaned more often, there was debris in the pool but not much to be alarmed about.
