- Everything the view the comfort it's just a whole experience
- Initially I was very excited to get a message from an employee at the hotel before we arrived who offered to pick us up from the airport. The glass bottom feature is why chose it plus high rating of customer service
- Management and the whole crew were beyond friendly, the hotel is super relaxing. Will definitely consider coming back when in San Pedro.
Cons -
- No customer service every time we went to the office the only person working was the bartender cook.The AC wasn't working we asked housekeeper she turned it hotter and said it was. Two days later found out it was when the knew I gotten over 60 bug bites
- Can't think of anything negative.
- Not the fault of the staff as the room was clean. But seems to have a pest problem. Small ant like pests would come out after hours. Luckily, not on the bed, but i had to keep my luggage closed. I'm sure due to it being on the water.
