The beach and pool were fantastic.

Some of the appliances in our kitchen did not function. It wasn?t a huge deal, but it made for some challenging meal prep.

The staff was amazing!

The food options at night could be expanded.

There are a number of different types of repairs that need to happen at this facility. We had to be moved to another apartment because the first one had a flood in the hallway from the rain and I nearly fell due to a broken chair in the bedroom.

I loved this resort! I'm so happy we found it and Raquel made us feel right at all. The entire staff was great to be honest. When we walked in my god child screamed, "This is as big a house." The AC stood out the most to me. I've been to island and often times the place wouldn't get cold enough but when we walked in I was punched in the face by the draft of Alaska, just as I like it. The pool was phenomenal. Had I not dragged the girls out, they wouldn't have done anything else. Everyday our room was cleaned before we got back. If you know how to kayak, paddle board or wind surf it is all available to you for FREE.You're also in close proximity to secret beach and I'd much rather have a shorter drive to Secret Beach than to the city because the road to the city is easier.

There was a bit of construction/renovations happening at the resort. This is temporary so maybe when you go it'll be complete.

Staff was amazing, they did all they could to make us comfortable and help with anything we needed. I give staff a 10 out of 10.

The distance from the town and due to rain and part of the road to resort was not a comfortable ride on golf carts that my sciatica flared up on the second day due to bumpy roads.

The grounds and pool were absolutely gorgeous!!!

We had chronic plumbing issues but the staff was as accommodating as possible about it

Before we arrived we had great communication with the hotel. They were able to book our travel arrangements before we got there since we had to hop to the island itself. Once we got there, from the car ride, to the boat ride, to the front desk everyone was so kind and gave 5 star customer service. Nigel in particular who was our server during our stay was incredible. Very kind, always ready to help, gave us great local recommendations and a lot of history about the island itself. We also loved that we were at the half way mark between the town and Secret Beach.

The roads right outside of the hotel are not great, and if you have any injuries I really don't recommend it. Hopefully in a couple of years the roads will be fixed and we did go during the rainy season but it was a potholes and very wet. The roads were super bumpy right outside the hotel, but as we drove more into town the roads were between which means hopefully the hotel can one day invest in better roads.

The resort is breathtaking, the staff were so friendly, helpful, and very informative. The food was amazing. The room was amazing, the resort grounds were amazing.

The seagrass was terrible and ruined our ocean experience!

Raquel was very personable and professional. She went above and beyond, adding the little extra touches to ensure a return trip. Stewart has an amazing personality and is very welcoming. Also, the night restaurant manager was knowledgeable in the culture and the history of the Belizean people.

No housekeeper cleaned out outside deck area, where empty water bottles were left there.

Quiet location, 2-bedroom townhouse style was nice. It was accommodating to have a washer and dryer in the unit, they even supplied the detergent. They also supplied daily bottled drinking water. The rain brought in seaweed to the beach which caused an odor for the whole island. Besides this, my family enjoyed our stay.

I love the staff - Stephen with the curly hair, Prophet, Bill (thank you). I didn't have breakfast there, i wish i did. I truly wanted more belizean than westernized culinary experience. The facilities team were very responsive to my request! I loved how kind the security guards were.

the cost of rental golf carts, other competitors sold there's considerably cheaper. THE MOSQUITOES!!!!

The 2 bedrooms unit with kitchen was huge! The bathrooms were spacious and very clean; closets were humongous.Kitchen was equipped to make meals if you would like to.Staff very friendly and kind.

The room accomodations were good

Wish I had a warning about the odor, drinking water quality, and the seaweed issue. I booked bc we wanted a beach resort but the beach was unusable, and the odor was overwhelming. The beach water was brown.

Friendly, helpful staff, good breakfast options at restaurant. Nice, clean pool. Provided laundry pods, coffee with creamer/sugar, bottled water daily. Decent distance from town but there are dining/grocery options nearby. Lots of kayaks for use although our stay was too windy for use.

Worn out, uncomfortable couch is an issue on rainy days spent indoors. Refrigerator didn't cool properly and maintenance just adjusted temp control which we'd already tried. Dinner menu at restaurant was VERY gourmet with limited offerings. Grout in shower had mildew although bathroom was clean overall. Arranged in advance for taxi through hotel to get to the ferry terminal during a rain storm vs. our golf cart - they came to get our bags and the taxi arrived 20 minutes late while we stood with our bags in the rain being attacked by mosquitoes. Taxi driver the hotel hired texted more than he looked at the road. Very bad timing by hotel and driver didn't reflect well on hotel. Taxi price was high as we booked through front desk.

Our unit was up a full flight of stairs plus in the apt the master was again up another flight.

Absolutely Beautiful! Restaurant was great every meal! Highly recommended for the beach, location, pool, would definitely stay again!

The staff were personal, professional and friendly. They made up for the problems with water pressure and other mild inconveniences. The food was very good at the O. Overall the resort was nice and we had a good experience, but it was overpriced in comparison to similar resorts on the island. A++ for the staff, A+ for food, A- for drinks, A- on room, C- for prices.
