Royal Caribbean Resort

It is south of town but has a great beach area that we had to ourselves mostly and the pool area was very nice as well. It is rustic but charming, exactly what we expected. Any issues we had were addressed very quickly.

The staff was super accommodating and the location was perfect. Great price for a cute bungalow next to beach. It was a short walk from the restaurant, Toast and a short walk to all of the restaurants/bars/coffee shops in the resort across the road.

Loved the charm of the cabins, and the staff at the office and at the restaurant were wonderful. The cook was so good at Tuki Tuki! They have a nice pool as well.

You could not wade into the water, but there were many lovely beaches close by.

The staff was very personable.

The beds were very uncomfortable. The air conditioner was was horrible, you either froze or you sweat no in between. Nothing to do at the resort except sit near the pool or sit at the bar. Furniture was very uncomfortable. Ants everywhere.

Great location, amazing staff, big quiet pool by the ocean and a good bar / restaurant on site with many options nearby.

Room furniture is dated in most units. Kitchenettes could be upgraded and have more plates & cutlery.

The location is so beautiful, and the pool is great, with views of the ocean. The air conditioner in our room was a brand new heat pump, which we loved.

I would've preferred if the house keeping staff came in to clean our bathroom more often. We were staying for over a week, so it was quite dirty.

Needs cushions on all chairs, needs to finish the beach, needs more access to cold drinking water.

Bar was very close to the rooms. Nice setup and very accommodating staff.

Was not fond of the Karaoke and loud music but that was just me. Not a huge issue.

Marcy from housekeeping was super friendly and efficient almost like she was trying to compensate for her colleagues in reception.

Got to rate at the bottom of the list in terms of value for money Seems like 5 star price for 2star quality but we would not have submitted a poor review if it hadn’t been for arrogance and contempt shown by front desk staff which put a sour note on our whole stay.

The units are quaint…but also a little worn down and dated. There was never anyone at the office over the weekend. You can only get drinking water by 5 gallon jug.

Great location in comparison to the city life. I was able to wake up in the morning and enjoy the morning in peace.

Key to door was also for A.C., to leave ment no A.C. no cover outside, all appliances and faucets are rusted, had ants in our food on day 2, bathroom door had no knob...lol, only 2 of utensils, n dishware, charge same price as the nicer places, had to leave...no refund..only a voucher for nights we paid for but didn't stay for...might be voucher to the same place we didn't like...no beach at all, built a sea wall instead.

Nice pool, nice bar, very nice landscaping. Very "beachy" feel to the room. Staff was great.

Beach had the sargassum seaweed ruining the ambiance by smelling up the area.
