Breakfast was good! Staff was Great. Good Locations many Restaurants and Port close.

Good water pressure. Good location.

Decorated like a man cave; black walls, plastic mismatched furnishings. Poor quality toiletries. No phone to contact reception, staff grumpy. Mediocre breakfast. Many things partially broken throughout hotel, including AC. Image on booking.com of what seems to be the lobby is actually the entrance to the mall.

We stayed only one day and was great. Location is perfect, the room was comfortable, the building is cool, breakfast was delicious with many options and the staff was super friendly ! All positive things ✨

Great breakfast (pancakes, scrambled eggs, sausages, vegetables, fruits, yogurts, bakery etc.), cozy lobby with a billiard table and Playstation, but no restaurant—only a bar. Located in the city center, but close to the tram station, so it's easy to reach. The room was fresh and clean.

The only disadvantage was that the person at the reception was unaware that the Deutschlandticket is valid for the ferry between Warnemünde and Hohe Düne, and informed us that we needed to buy a ticket (which we didn’t, eventually). This is a popular tourist spot, so it was quite surprising. To be fair, all other staff members did a great job and were very helpful and responsive.

Everything was great. The room was very clean and spacious. The breakfast was delicious and quite varied. The location is great as well. You'll sleep in the heart of beautiful Rostock.

The only thing that bothered us was the occasional noise coming from the air conditioner.

Location is superb. Room and bathroom well equipped. Breakfast was of good quality.

The night was extremely noisy because of a sewer problem. Craftsman started working very early in the morning.The room was cooled down to 19 degrees and it took a while to heat the room while it was -1 outside.Never soap your hands and try to use the tap-ware in the shower. It will not work?

When checking in I asked a receptionist if we have paid it all. I asked again and again and she was very sure that everything is settled. I asked one more time and it was still okay. During early morning check-out I had to pay 20 euro extra for the dog... I mean come on, I have asked 5 times to avoid the last minute payment.

We love this hotel and have been there man times. Sorry to say that this time the man in the reception was very rude and also in the evening when we sat down for a drink again not very nice

Great location, in the middle of the city. very clean and a decent breakfeast. wifi was really good and they had chrome cast easily available with the tv in the room.

Communication was a bit slow and the checkin at the bar was rather slow. since the bar keep takes care of bar costumers and the check in. further there was a crazy amount of people standing outside the front door smoking all the time.

Best city hotel I've ever stayed in. Enormous rooms, we had a complete Kitchenette felt like i was at home. Directly in the city centre, you can reach everything by foot or tram.

Everything. We didnt want to leave?. Breakfast was everything,beds were everything, rooms were very spacious, quiet and very cozy.... Will surely re-visit.

Pentahotel it's located really in the middle of the city center. We could conveniently walk around and took advantage of the nearby public transport.The room is quite spacious and I appreciate that the toiletries were vegan :)

Unfortunately I have to agree with previous reviews about the cleanliness of the room (on the floor few dirt spots were really visible) and the total lack of friendliness of the staff. I don't expect much, but at least a short explanation of what is where (for example we found out later about the gym and sauna), check out times etc. A pity none of this was communicated.

Beds could be better

The location is relatively close to the center and there is accessible parking.

It was very hot when we visited and the hotel aircon was not very functional: the facility was warm, stuffy. Although requested in advance, a baby crib was not placed in the room upon arrival.

Room size, location

Rude and unexperienced staff at check in. No cleaning at all during stay which according To the front desk should have been ordered the night before by the guest. Cleaning however is a prerequisite for a safe and pleasant stay and should be done daily without having to ask for it since the guest is also paying for it. If there is a lack of cleaning staff be honest about that and do not blame the guest that they did not ask for housekeeping to come in. Manager should be available for problem-solving at all times, especially with unexperienced staff. Hotel should be investing in training to live up to the four stars they say they reserve.

The location was great, and the breakfast was ok.

I didn’t find the staff attentive when checking in and out, and the cleaning was so so with hair on the floor in the bathroom and in the room.
